Well, first of all, you probably have LoversHideMenu.esp enabled. That's the one that hides your UI.

If you want to re-enable the UI, with this one activated, you can press the tab-key twice, or whatever buttun you assigned to be the inventory/spell/map/quest menu-button.

Can´t you use "tm" in the console with LoversHideMenu active ?

if you hit the tab key and type in the command correctly, even tho you do not see it, it will still function. but you must type in the dark..

 

        I had to do this a lot in dragon age, until I found out they had omitted ( intentional or accidentally) a font needed to display the console text.
