Need Help With Custom Bed Activation

Hey guys and gals, I need some help with setting up a custom bed in the CK. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong, but when I try to activate the bed, I get the "Someone Else Is using This" message in the top left corner. I even have the ownership set to "PlayerBedOwnership". What am I doing wrong? Is there a script I'm missing? I've been able to find a custom chair script, but haven't been able to find any info on setting up a custom bed. Any ideas? Thanks ahead of time.
