fallout new vegas help (needed)

hi everyone i recently went back to fallout new vegas but im finding it very hard to play because i crash every 15 to 30 minutes i tried everything boss, fonvedit , verified local files , checked my app data nothing wrong its getting really annoying i also have nvse installed properly ( playing fallout a long time ) i have 2 or 3 scripted mods if even i have no loverslab mods active can someone please help here is my load order

Have you tried NVAC?

New Vegas Anti-Crash? It's on Nexus and is a godsend to anyone who wants to play a stable FNV. I don't' even crash after hours of gameplay with it. And I have a very good system.

yes i have that pal still not working right tried fake full screen to along with the 4gb patch

 

i have 8GB of ram and a i3 intel cpu with 2.53GHz with a 256mb video card but i play skyrim with alot more mods and get 30fps

intel hd radieon gforce 8800gt but it makes no sense i use to play 3 to 5 hours straight and fallouts requirements are very low

First of all always disable mods to see if the problem isn't from your pc. Out of curiosity I took a quick diagonal read trought the Realistic Headshots page, that mod isn't compatible with recent patch versions? You have to read mod pages and readmes ALWAYS otherwise your game crashes, don't use 3rd party software to sort your mod orders, enable your mods one by one and test them for a while, check incompatiblities, avoid using mods that change the same thing.
