Better looking Khajiit

I stumbled upon this guys modification of the khajiit's of face and it looked really good, at least better then the vanilla khajiit which looks like the got kicked in the face at a young age.

I was wondering why nobody has made this an actual mod yet? I know little about 3ds Max but it should be possible right?

Because: I broke face transforms (which are pretty important).

 

 

You want to create a new head mesh, you have to redo all the head morphs.

Hope someone can make this happen. At the very least rounded ears would be great.
