Recommended Follower mods?

LTD

Recommended Posts

I've been using AFT because it has all the features I want and I am used to it, but it seems to have some problems integrating with some of the Sexlab stuff. I think it's mostly Defeat, followers get stuck in the down animation, but it could be a bunch of other things. AFT hasn't had an update in going on a year, so I'm thinking the best bet might be to try a different follower mod.

So, what are people around here using?

I use AFT too, no updates just means I don't end up starting a character with one version of the mod and ending with another. It works fine so...

I do however also run Puppet Master which can be used to add an additional 5 followers which are independent from the AFT ones but only on rare occasional since I find three followers is normally all I can deal with and frequently will go without any.

Personally, I use...

Lunari Warriors

Inigo

Fina

Bijin Warmaidens (only one of these I consider mandatory for every playthrough)
http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/40038/

And recently, I added Alicia Painslut. Though I confess I haven't actually tested her much in game.

For all but Alicia, I can verify that things like SoS and basic Sexlab animations should work just fine. I have had some difficulty with things like Estrus Chaurus and pregnancy mods functioning with the Lunari mod, but this has more to do with my unwillingness to tamper with the delicate house-of-cards status that is my Skyrim mod directory than anything.

I have no problem using AFT with SL 1.39b.

If your follower stuck in down position (face down with hand beating floor), sheath your weapon and press "G" when facing to him/her.  If this help, it's feature of Defeat.

AFT can manage upto 32 followers if my memory serve.

AFT is the only Follower mod I used for a long time now, and my Skyrim install is relatively stable...as stable as any Skyrim install can be.

Also, Skyrim is not being patched anymore, and since AFT itself is stable, that means updates for AFT aren't necessary, so there really is no need to worry about that.

I use Puppetmaster. I don't have any need of more features than it provides, and there are some features that are beyond my personal tastes if you know what I mean. :P If you try it don't use the "I had something else in mind" dialogue option. I warned you.
