There was (was....) a mod on nexus that added "suspicious belly" to random females in Skyrim. I dont remember if that option was available for player too. Keep looking =)

I had the file, and lost it. >:L Such a file is so silly to play hide and seek. (when i download a mod i download to my external hard drive and I know i should have it in there but its not showing up.
