Then all the awesome mods will be our! indeed Making the account isn't hard. It's getting into the Elder Scrolls Section of the cafe that's hard. I mean, there are plenty of sites to help you make an account there, made a few already but it's just that in order to join the ES section, you have to show them a passport picture.

Like if you try to sign up for a korean playstation 3 account, you need a social number. Its all pretty much bullshit but that's how the Korean government keeps track of what they do. Also its not what they do on the site but rather the fact that its korean, without a Social regardless of what they do there we cant get on there to download anything without being recognized. Also stealing or using someone else ID number is a federal offence, they had some big deal about it with maple story I believe. Ive been looking for someone that could use there ID number to download from the PS store, and the NC.
