I assumed it was just a simple retex of the original blue/gold one from the Tera Mod Collection thread, but I notice there are actually 2 different retextures included in it, green/gold and black/gold. Makes me think it might actually include 2 different sets of the armor. I havent tested it out yet, but try just typing this in console: help "tera heavy" 4 and see if it gives you the codes for it. Also google translate on the original thread it came from mentions something about forging. So check through the blacksmithing forge menu and see if you can craft it.

If you read on after the post, you would've found out that it's from FNV as stated by Gonzo.

Dark races is a new mod. Bella is updating the persian race, something about it being buggy. She said in the comments of dark races that she will re upload persian race when she fixes it.

TheDrot Posted March 11, 2012 Posted March 11, 2012 'Cause I been having a lot of trouble with my 245 mod and WyreBash has listed only 3 as mergable and this threat keep show me so many amazing outfits that cannot let pass by I have a habit: all mods less than 30 kbytes merge manually using TESVSnip. Weapons in one .esp, armors - in second... etc. Main problem in duplicated FormIDs, thats cause of impossible automerging. So you just need to change FormIDs in all references of mod that will be merged in and keep track of free FormIDs in target .esp. Then CUT-PASTE it by the groups. That's all. With this method you always well be able to change things you not like in mods while merging them. PS: my weapons.esp weights now 350 kbytes. It contains 286 weapons, 10 shields, 10 enchantments.

The blade is from a Russian site, someone posted it before.
