Summoning a table of food

I want to summon this table 

 

What would be the best way to go about summoning it like this? I know I can do it individually, but I really need it to happen in one spell.

I want it to cast wherever I am and expire after about a minute.

You would have to get the x y z coordinates of all the items relative of a specific position such as if the table corner was at 0,0,0. The spell would have to find out the x y z location (and rotation if you want it facing something particular) then create and move the items to the proper location.
