Nichoice Posted July 6, 2015 Posted July 6, 2015 I use SG because of its compatibility with SOS UNP Addon. Not that I am complaining because with my females look great. If I knew anything about textures I would like to replace the genitalia area for females because I am not a big fan of the closed genital, its too subtle. I did try http://www.nexusmods...rim/mods/4686/? and i liked the genitalia from that mod but there is no patch for SOS unp addon and the veins were too obvious on my enb settings. On a side note, is replacing or blending the genitalia from http://www.nexusmods...rim/mods/4686/? => to SG doable? Sometimes when i mixing face texture, the face gets little darker and kinda gray... what texture does that msn.dds s.dds or sk.dds ? From what I understand the normal maps and the speculars all have to match otherwise you get that discoloration. I too am not sure of which is which with regards to the file names, but make sure if you are using a "wet body" make sure its the same one provided for on both body, head, arm and feet. Swiftstep Posted July 6, 2015 Posted July 6, 2015 Hm, maybe just my personal opinion, but people seem to think that body textures are a welded piece of metal that can only be used as one chunk. People in the world, try to combine the normal maps of the one mod with the skin texture of another. -> if you have a favorate look on one of your characters, and you are losing that look when changing the texture pack, try to keep the normal maps from your favorite with the skin from another one. You CAN use the SG normal maps with FSC or mature skin, and you'll get very interesting results. Try it.

Since its the texture itself which has the veins The normal maps are the files stored in the textures\actors\character folders, even outside the female folder - you'll find one in every race subfolder. Dataname is "femalehead_msn.dds". Go check the _msn files.. As for your request concerning genitalia: did you try the HDT vagina mod from StevieRage, available here on LL? Combined with the texture blender and a suitable skin texture it gets very nice results. If you want a presentation (of the mod), go check the GIF-files from Stevierage. There are some in the "post your sex screenshots", added recently.
Nichoice Posted July 6, 2015 Posted July 6, 2015 Thank you for clearing that up. I much rather just the blend of the two textures. Don't want to strain my game anymore then I already have. I have quite a few hdt mods already. I think I will try to blend the two as I a, quite happy with the spectral I have. Which leaves the normal and textures to blend or the normals from the original mod.

Author took it down on the Nexus or set it to hidden for some reason.Anyone wouldn't happen to have it stowed away somewhere?EDIT: Oh hell guess this one isnt quite as dead as I thought it'd be. last post was 6July2015 LOL
