(Fallout NV) mcm error could not load or something

hi, i installed the mcm menu first and if i am ingame i press esc. it come mcm menu could not load install the a version of 32 bit visual c++ 2010 or with the firewall, then i downloaded and tried to install it but i comes it is already a new version installed. and the firewall isn`t blocking fallout new vegas.  so my question is what can i do?

Did you download the bug fix patch for MCM?  It's the second entry on the downloads page on the Nexus.

still the same problem with the fix. i have at the moment only The Mod Configuration Menu-42507-1-5 installed

Even if you have a newer version of c++ installed, you should probably still install the one that's asked for too if you don't have it.

i have now all c ++ from 2005 - 2012 but still its not working

this is a screenshot from the error my game is in english so i downloaded the german fix but know i cant load anymore and my game doesnt respond after load.

my load order is: 

FalloutNV.esm

Sexout.esm

Sexoutslavery.esm

The Mod Configuration Menu.esp

 

 

and i have the nvse externder installed and i put the two .dll inside of the Nvse/Plugins
