CLS runtime file not available for download.

I was just installing CLS and forgot about the soundcommand.dll, but when i went to download the runtime files, i get the message that "the file you are trying to access is no longer available publicly."  

does anyone have a copy of this file they could send my way?

I just checked and all files download just fine including the runtime file. http://www.loverslab.com/topic/8626-cls-main-files-mirror/ Maybe there was a update being done or a browser issue.
