[Search][Request] less annoying Vekel

So, now I'm Guild Master of the Thieves Guild - and Vekel the Man just doesn't get it.

He's still on about 

"Something has to change soon or I may as well pack this place up and leave it for the skeevers."

"I hear even the simple jobs are becoming difficult. It never used to be like this."

"It's been a long time since anyone joined us. Seems like people are in a rush to leave."

"It's one thing to say you've got the skills to be a thief. It's another to actually use them."

 

Is there any mod that changes his attitude? 

I've found Vekel the Man of Culture and Knowledge but the description doesn't tell if that may fix my issues.

I am not aware of any and Google searching was no help for me. Out of curiosity, have you completed his quest?

Yes, just yet. He's nice this once, but gets back to his grumpy state right after.

Probably wouldn't help given the situation but have you tried increasing his relationshiprank?

No, never tried that, and reading in the UESP Wiki tells me that it wouldn't change anything.

 

But what I've completely missed were his answers to "what's the word around the guild" - so he seems to be much nicer than all his grumpy greetings. But I'm a noob in Skyrim, with just over 7k hours of playing...
