Uno Posted February 13, 2014 Posted February 13, 2014 Nice list you got there. I think you're good to go. Now, SG Hair pack (268V) It's here: google.
flutie Posted February 13, 2014 Posted February 13, 2014 SSME is a must, stops almost all CTD's for myself http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/50305/?
Guest Posted February 13, 2014 Posted February 13, 2014 Nice list you got there. I think you're good to go. Now, SG Hair pack (268V) It's here: You'll probably have to get rid of the link, it's not allowed to post download links for SG hairs here. Didn't really follow the huge e-drama but that's just how it is. It should however not take long to google it.
kralgar1 Posted February 13, 2014 Posted February 13, 2014 As for number 4 on your list id recomend High level enemies 1.5. You can make every enemy scale to your level or just 1 enemy in each pack. Or there is the very popular SkyRe (skyrim redone) And then there is Requim which iv never tried because im too scared because i hear horrror stories about how hard it is especially in the beggining. Can find all these on nexus.
Riex Posted February 13, 2014 Posted February 13, 2014 1. You can go many many different ways with that, there are many good body types out there. I personally use Sevenbase as the community has really been pumping out some good stuff for it over the last few months. Also Apachii hairs are pretty good too. You could also run RaceMenu and/or Enhanced Character Edit. I use both personally which limits the functionality of ECE, but I cannot live without the overlays for tattoos. 2. This stuff is all about what you can run. I would recommend aMidianBorn Book of Silence, SMIM, WATER, Climates of Tamriel, Wet and Cold as well as any of the lighting mods such as ELFX and RCRN. 3. Honestly never bothered with mods of this type unless you count player homes. In which case there are several that are quite frankly amazing and it really depends on the toon you are playing in my opinion. Popular options are Bathing Beauties, Evil Lair of Hydra, Dues Mons, Domus Demetis, Sleeping Tree Sanctuary, Sjel Blad Castle and my personal favorite as well as the least intrusive, Breezehome FullyUpgradable. The storage/crafting system in the last one is so great, but then again, it's just a fancier Breezehome and not a superbadasscastleofdoom or anything. 4. I could really go on and on about this one, but the main one that I recommend to anyone trying to rekindle the flame with Skyrim is T3nd0s Skyrim Redone. It completely overhauls the gameplay and makes it very different I would say you can easily lower your normal difficulty down by one the first time you play with it. Watch some videos about it for more info. Also if you install it... be sure to save often in the beginning especially when fighting xbow users and double super especially when you fight 2h enemies. 5. Honestly I just use SexLab, ZazAnimations and Puppetmaster.
M.BISON Posted February 13, 2014 Author Posted February 13, 2014 whoa skyrim redone looks really good i think i might have to install that and OpticShooter's environment improvements as well is anyone using any of the enb's i listed? if yes how are they? there are some pretty cool death alternative's on the nexus ill be dowlaoding them and i just seen this sniper bow pack looks nice http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/50528/?tab=1&navtag=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.nexusmods.com%2Fskyrim%2Fajax%2Fmoddescription%2F%3Fid%3D50528%26preview%3D&pUp=1
Vancien Posted February 13, 2014 Posted February 13, 2014 I recommend: The Dance of Death Apachi Sky Hairs (Has some pretty nice hairs, good SG alternative) Enhanced Blood There are some overhauls for grass and such. Probably the most common choice being (SFO) Skyrim Floral Overhaul and then combined with Grass on Steroids for an added FPS boost. ENB's are really a personal preference. It depends on what style you like. Personally, I think the Somber ENB is amazing but you may not be into an Antique, Dark style. I also recommend Ruins Clutter, aMidianBorn series (many options), Detailed Rugs and Blackout. But with whatever ENB you choose, I'd follow their required list first and take bits and pieces from their recommendations as well. Post some screen shots!
M.BISON Posted February 14, 2014 Author Posted February 14, 2014 wow i seen some videos of the dance of death its looks good and german suplex kill move!!! the only way i can describe how i want skyrim to look is probably a lord of the rings style (ill check some videos of the enb's i listed) yeah ill post some screen shots once my skyrim looks as half as good as some of the ones i've seen on the forums edit* re-installing skryrim, stupidly installed in programfiles haha
Rayblue Posted February 14, 2014 Posted February 14, 2014 ^ You're missing something else: Mod Organizer. Saved everyone using it the headache of a cluttered Skyrim data folder.
M.BISON Posted February 14, 2014 Author Posted February 14, 2014 was reading the mod organizer functions sounds good! will have to download
gvman3670 Posted February 14, 2014 Posted February 14, 2014 I second Mod Organizer. I've had to reinstall Skyrim too many times because either NMM left a hole after removing a mod or I didn't properly replace files that were overwritten then later removed with a mod. MO gets rid of that nonsense altogether by not placing anything inside the Skyrim directory. Watch this video and the next one from the same author to get a good grip on how to use Mod Organizer since it does come with a learning curve.
M.BISON Posted February 15, 2014 Author Posted February 15, 2014 nice watching videos is much easier to understand
Sweatington Posted February 15, 2014 Posted February 15, 2014 Mod organizer is a must! Also recommend ZF Primary Needs.
Band_Geek3 Posted February 15, 2014 Posted February 15, 2014 Try out RND, it works well with Frostfall. Then throw in Hunterborn. I'm a fan of Book Covers of Skyrim, it makes libraries feel much cooler. Also Necromancy-Undead FX. Make sure you get Reproccer working (T3ndo's companion mod for SkyRe) before you throw in any armor mods. Skyre switches up how armor ratings work so it can be kinda lame when you mod in some armor that is supposed to be leather but has stats like ebony. Reproccer can dynamically fix that for you.
Spyder Arachnid Posted February 15, 2014 Posted February 15, 2014 Some QoL mods: ShowRaceMenu Precache Killer. A must have if you are using multiple hairs and such. Will stop that character creation CTD. Skyrim Startup Memory Editor. If you're not using the alpha SKSE. Localized Thieves Guild Jobs. Makes all those small jobs from the Thieves Guild much easier. Now you get to actually choose where your want your jobs at. Bookshelves Updated SKSE Script. Fixes wonky bookshelves and book placement. Face to Face Conversation. Really neat Oblivion like conversations. Zooms in and is just like Oblivion. Without all the freezing of everything around you. Enhanced Character Edit or RaceMenu. Complete overhaul of character creation. I personally use ECE over RaceMenu, but some like to combine both. Though it disables ECE features and such. As well, check out the new kid in town, HDT Physics. Real breast physics instead of BBP or TBBP (though it uses TBBP bodies to run off of). Along with Hair Physics (yes, real moving hair!) and clothing physics like robes and skirts that actually move. It is shaping up to be an awesome project. Definitely suggest trying it out. As for textures and buildings and such, I made a rather lengthy post here that gives some pretty decent suggestions. Check it out.

RND is very script heavy! It is why I recommended ZF Primary Needs, because it doesn't use any, and comes with a nice Jar patcher for its animations, and they are plenty and awesome! more making up for the baddly and sometimes oddly distorted view immersions of RND. Seriously, just try it out. I promise you will be pleased.
M.BISON Posted February 16, 2014 Author Posted February 16, 2014 zf primary needs will defiantly have to download that, reminds me of basic primary need from oblivion which was good and reproccer, oh man if you didnt tell me about that i would of been wondering whats going on too bad i cant use unpb with hdt physics because hair/cloths/better boob physics sounds really good but ill check out the hdt thread

I use UNPB Redux with TBBP and HDT Physics. No problems whatsoever. UNPB Redux (choose the TBBP options in the installer) with Dragonfly's TBBP Animations and XP32's Maximum Skeleton. Then install the HDT Physics stuff and it works just fine.

XP32 Maximum Skeleton Extended X.93ar50 http://www.loverslab.com/files/file/676-xp32-maximum-skeleton-extended/ UNPB is a TBBP body. Install it with NMM (or MO if you use that) and choose the TBBP options. Not sure on the Extended Skeleton, as I don't use it myself. But you can give it a try if you want. If it uses the same skeleton, with a few minor changes, I don't see the harm in it. I just never found it necessary for myself when the regular one works just fine.
...0... Posted February 17, 2014 Posted February 17, 2014 Nice list you got there. I think you're good to go. Now, SG Hair pack (268V) It's here: google. Already heated discussion about sghair 268 if i where you i should remove the link out of respect for the author. Sorry i see you did already.
