thatguy485 Posted 12 hours ago Posted 12 hours ago So i started using sexlab a few days before this post, and got alot of animations to work with some funny mods. The problem came when i tried to use billyy's animations in general. I found sexlab p+ and fixed the human animations, but some of the mods i have cause creatures to randomly jump you. The creature animations have my character pop into place and the creature over top, but the creature just stands there in idle, and my character is completely still in the appropriate pose. More nasty critters works just fine, and so does horny creatures of skyrim. The only time i have freezeing like this is when i use any of the creature animations from billyy's pack and only billyy's pack. I have deleted and remade pandora's output folder (i use mo2 so i made an empty mod for pandora +) and reran pandora. I have fnis installed but not active so any of the missing scripts can be used, and i have reinstalled the animations in everyway i can think of. I also went to the discord, but the help i have gotten only fixed some off the problems, and i don't want to harass anyone over my stupid choice to use this animation pack. I have also gone through just about every other post on here and other websites about thisa issue and have even resorted to asking googles ai for help. nothing has worked, and im wondering if i have failed to install the animations correctly, or if there is some conflict. idk how to find a conflict if there is one, as i have no idea which mods might be a problem, and none of the mods i have are on the incompatible list for p+. IDK if im just screaming into the void here, but any help at all would be incredible. If by some miracle I find the answer somewhere esle i will make sure to post it here so any other wayward idiot like me can find it. also, yes i have ALL of the required and recommened mods for SexLab, SexLab P+, and the animations.
Dorabella Posted 12 hours ago Posted 12 hours ago Since you have indicated an issue with a specific source, why is this Thread not in the dedicated Support Thread?

Grey Cloud Posted 11 hours ago Posted 11 hours ago (edited) There is nothing wrong with Billyy's animation pack. What I would do is uninstall Sexlab, Sexlab P+, Pandora and FNIS. Re-read the install instructions for Sexlab and either Pandora or FNIS (you only need one of these two). Double-check that all mods are for your version of Skyrim. Reinstall Sexlab and whichever of the other two you choose. Start a new game with the minimum required mods and only Billyy's animation pack installed. Edited 11 hours ago by Grey Cloud

Reveal hidden contents no or i would still be there. there are 224 pages of comments with 25 comments per page and dozens of posts like mine that have either been ignored or forgotten. with this post i entend to be better seen. and before you try and say the author would see it better there... im litteraly in a discord with billyy and im being left on read. thank you for the suggestion but i've made what i believe to be the most prudent move for faster, and possibly more insightful help.

That sounds risky, since this folder is not guaranteed to contain all behaviour files. This is also unnecessary with Pandora, as you can freely bounce between Pandora and FNIS at any time. 2 hours ago, thatguy485 said: I have fnis installed but not active so any of the missing scripts can be used... Well done. 2 hours ago, thatguy485 said: I found sexlab p+... none of the mods i have are on the incompatible list for p+. Which is a bit notorious for not really being compatible with anything SexLab. Instead of following a list of incompatible mods, assume incompatible unless specifically made for P+. Remember to check the Papyrus log when mods break in the future. This is most likely unrelated to the topic in this thread. 2 hours ago, thatguy485 said: The creature animations have my character pop into place and the creature over top, but the creature just stands there in idle... That's always a behaviour file issue. Since Pandora does not print errors with FNIS mods, rebuild your behaviour files in FNIS and make sure there's no warnings or errors in its output. Once it's all clear, then you can build with Pandora. Edit: Most commonly it's because people download the LE version of a mod and try to build its behaviour files on SE/AE. You're outright wrong and it's crazy since i've explained my reasoning. the person above your comment is doing something useful, like, idk, trying to help rather than arguing a useless point. im done with this back and forth. i will not waste replies on you if you're not going to contribute.

Thank you very much for your suggestions. 2nd part. I have tested the mods and checked them several times to make sure they were both working and the SE/AE version so unless there is a conflict i cant see. 3rd part. I had no idea until i googled it that you needed to enable logging for papyrus for it to generate a log. had no idea what people were talking about when they mentioned it, and this is the first time anyone has suggested to look at it so now i get to figure that out. thank you for this suggestion. im hoping it will at least point me in the right direction.

I assume you mean you went to the site from where you downloaded it (Edit: Billyy's animations) and read the file name 3 times over to make sure it's the one you want. I'm not saying I don't trust you or that you can't read but I wouldn't trust that myself if I were in your shoes. The only thing that matters is the output from FNIS. My point is the file name or what the file author says is unfortunately not definitive proof - mistakes happen all the time. Humor me and post the FNIS log here; put the doubts to rest as it were. Grey Cloud Posted 7 hours ago Posted 7 hours ago (edited) Billyy's works with Pandora and FNIS. What mods are these: 6 hours ago, thatguy485 said: some of the mods i have cause creatures to randomly jump you. Do you use other animation packs and do these work correctly. @traison I noticed you got credit for your work on the latest CBPC update. Nice one. Edited 6 hours ago by Grey Cloud

Nice one. yes, i used more nasty creatures and horny creatures of skyrim se. they worked flawlessly. the craziest part is that billyy's pack for insects worked perfeclty too, and the human ones worked as far as i can tell.
traison Posted 6 hours ago Posted 6 hours ago (edited) 16 minutes ago, Grey Cloud said: Billyy's works with Pandora and FNIS. Yes but as a clarification I'll add that (as was previously already stated) only FNIS will report any errors there might be. 16 minutes ago, Grey Cloud said: Did use other animation packs and do these work correctly. According to the OP yes, other animation mods work. 16 minutes ago, Grey Cloud said: I noticed you got credit for your work on the latest CBPC update. Nice one. There was something weird going on with the actor distance calculation when CBPC was measuring the distance from the player to the player. The distance should always have been 0 but occasionally it was coming up with insane numbers. We added a bypass to ignore the player and always assume 0. Edit: Oh apparently collision jitters was me too. Can't remember which one that was. There's been quite a few of those. Edited 6 hours ago by traison

traison Posted 6 hours ago Posted 6 hours ago 3 minutes ago, thatguy485 said: I had to make a text doc... Seems there's no relevant issues in this log. Test one of the broken Billyy's animations now that you have behaviour files made with FNIS. If it works now then you have some Pandora- or Nemesis-specific mod that's breaking something. If it still doesn't work then I'm going to say you're missing something (for instance, maybe you're not using the behaviour files you think or you are) and I'm out of ideas for the moment.

Grey Cloud Posted 5 hours ago Posted 5 hours ago >>Warning: Custom skeleton found. Select SKELETON patch.<< You need to tick the box below the output window in FNIS. It's called 'skeleton arm fix' or similar. Not saying that is the problem but it needs to be ticked. Just out of interest, which version of Billyy's are you using? The latest v10.5.

You have over 250 errors about missing scripts and script properties. While far from the worst I've seen, I'd recommend you fix most of those before doing a serious playthrough. SexLab expressions are broken because you're missing mfgconsolefuncext.pex (MfgFix NG). devourmentmanager looks broken. There's also this error which is not in regular SexLab; probably something specific to P+: [08/22/2026 - 09:56:42AM] [SexLab] Thread[0] Animation synchronization failed; ending thread

I'm afraid to ask, but is a clean install required to fix these? at this point idk what else i could do since reruning pandora a million and a half times didn't already fix them.
