SweetNectah Posted 9 hours ago Posted 9 hours ago Sprawling Bimbos View File Sprawling Bimbos Sprawling Bimbos expands Bimbos of Skyrim by introducing randomized cultist encounters across Skyrim, each featuring unique corruption-focused combat mechanics. New enemies, cursed equipment, an MCM-configurable encounter system, and the Shield of Cleansing transform BOS into a persistent world threat that can no longer be safely ignored. Note to the Player Hello Skyrim Modders, Thank you for taking the time to take a look at this project of mine. This is my first and only mod I have ever attempted and I am really hoping to get some feedback on how everything feels as you play. Bimbos of Skyrim has always been a highlight for me and one of my all time favorite Skyrim mods. However, I always found myself wishing there were more "unavoidable" encounters, since it's easy to miss much of the content simply by avoiding it during a playthrough. My solution? Create a randomized encounter system that forces the player to battle BOS style mages that afflict the player with bimbo-fying curses. The project eventually evolved into a combat-focused challenge where different curses work together, forcing you to adapt instead of simply avoiding corruption. As for now, I sincerely hope that those of you that decide to test it out really get to have a fun time. I am excited to hear about the results. Thanks, SweetNectah Introduction A new and insidious power has begun to spread throughout Skyrim. The strange magic that twists the minds and souls of women is no longer an isolated curse. It is being cultivated. An emerging Order has learned to wield this depraved power, using it to strengthen its ranks and convert others to its cause. Its priests now roam Skyrim's roads, seeking unsuspecting travelers to corrupt and recruit. Though their spells inflict little physical harm, they leave behind something far more dangerous, a soul slowly consumed by corruption. If left unchecked, their influence may one day spread beyond Skyrim and even all of Tamriel. There is hope, however. The Vigilants of Stendarr have created an experimental shield unlike any other. Crafted to resist this corruptive magic, it is rumored to reverse corruptive effects and purifies the soul. Wielding this artifact, you alone may be able to push back the growing Order and prevent Skyrim from falling beneath their influence. Requirements This mod is an add-on for Bimbos of Skyrim and is not intended to function as a standalone mod. Required Mods -Skyrim Legendary Edition -Bimbos of Skyrim -SexLab Framework -SexLab Aroused -SkyUI (for the MCM) Highly Recommended -FNIS -A mod manager such as Mod Organizer 2 Installation 1 Install all required mods and verify that Bimbos of Skyrim is functioning correctly. 2 Install Sprawling Bimbos using your preferred mod manager. 3 Ensure the plugin loads after Bimbos of Skyrim. 4 Launch Skyrim and allow the MCM to initialize. 5 Open the Sprawling Bimbos MCM to configure encounter density, corruption settings, and other gameplay options. Recommended: Start a new game or load a clean save before enabling the mod. Load Order Load Sprawling Bimbos after Bimbos of Skyrim so that all required records and scripts are available. Uninstall Because the mod adds persistent encounters and scripted effects, uninstalling during an active playthrough is not recommended. If you wish to remove the mod, disable it only after any active cursed effects have expired, save your game, exit Skyrim, remove the mod, and reload. A new save is strongly recommended for the cleanest experience. Mechanics Randomized Cultist Encounters -41 randomized encounters placed throughout Skyrim and distributed across each Hold. -Encounter density fully customizable through the MCM. -Every encounter is selected randomly, giving each playthrough a different distribution. -Four tiers of cultists with increasingly dangerous corruption magic. -Unique staffs featuring four different curse types: -Direct corruption -Forced Bimbos of Skyrim animations -Forced cursed clothing -Forced nudity Escorting guards wield cursed equipment that can temporarily force the player into weakened weapons or armor. Shield of Cleansing -A unique artifact created by the Vigilants of Stendarr. -Instantly purifies corruption when successfully blocking eligible cultist spells. -Provides protection against weaker corruption spells. -Turns magical combat into a timing challenge rather than simply avoiding projectiles. MCM Encounters -Encounter Density -Encounter Reroll Gamplay -Specific corruption settings for cultist staffs -Toggle for a Universal 3-Second Timer for all Sexlab animations. Debug -Enable Debug Notifications Toggle - may provide insight into failed spell effects. -Reset Encounter System - resets Encounter System to default settings. Warnings -Conflicts in locked outfits may occur with BOS hard scripted events, it is recommended to avoid BOS quests (e.g. hypno-notes, Lyvelia’s Quest, Lexanne’s Quest) -Some cursed items that you are forced to hold may not have timers, just wait for a bit or fast travel and they should disappear. -The Shield of Cleansing is placed early in the game and should be difficult to miss if you're playing a normal start. -While the mod may function on existing saves, testing and normal gameplay are strongly recommended on a new save. Setting Suggestions Encounter Density: Frequent or Everywhere. -The encounter system was designed with future expansion in mind. At release there are 41 possible encounters, so lower density settings (such as Sparse) may leave long stretches without seeing any cultists. Universal 3-Second Timer: True -Animations take place during encounters. Encounters may become overly tedious if hit by a spell multiple times, setting timers to minimum settings may be ideal for active gameplay. Planned Features -Upgradable shield options obtained via usage, a collected item, or quest (undecided). -Cultist staffs that are usable by the player obtained via collected disenchanted staffs. -More Spells and/or Enchantments used by cultists. -Main NPC that acts as a way to exchange disenchanted items. -More lore building -Larger encounter pool that functions within the already present random generator. -Custom FX on current mod-specific items (e.g. shield, spells, staffs). -SE patch. Permissions Sprawling Bimbos is a companion expansion for Bimbos of Skyrim and requires the original mod to function. The original scripts, encounter system, MCM configuration, gameplay mechanics, and other original content created specifically for Sprawling Bimbos may be used as the basis for compatibility patches or add-ons, provided appropriate credit is given. Please do not upload modified versions or mirrors of this mod without permission. jib_buttkiss Posted 7 hours ago Posted 7 hours ago Does this even need an SE patch? I'm not seeing any meshes/textures/etc in the files. It just looks like an .esp and scripts, which should be fine in LE or SE. 2
dfhbi Posted 6 hours ago Posted 6 hours ago (edited) Looks very promising! I'll be sure to try it out once a patch for SE is released. Or I might just run it through cathedral and see what happens. It's great to finally find out where all the cursed bimbos are coming from. So, are all the encounters currently immediately hostile/combat oriented? If so, is the only resolution for the encounters kill or be killed? I don't know if it's in your future plans, but some non-hostile encounters, such as forcegreet or being casted on by the cultists without hostility triggering and the possibility to talk to the cultists after that (with potential to escalate into combat) would be amazing and much appreciated. Edit: another idea/question. Are there currently or are there plans for any special encounters or handling of encounters if the player is already a bimbo? Thank you for the mod! I'll keep a close eye on this one for sure. Edited 6 hours ago by dfhbi 2
ParaPartara Posted 5 hours ago Posted 5 hours ago can report the mod boots up just fine in SE as is, so far everything i encountered seems functional.
Chameon Posted 5 hours ago Posted 5 hours ago Booted in special edition to test because jib_buttkiss indicated it should work. Maces on disciple guards will give you a wooden sword if they hit you fine. Disciple staff's lewd magic effects will work on you fine as well. Haven't tested anything else, set the area for the cultists to be to 'everywhere' to boost my odds of encountering to confirm. 1
ebbluminous Posted 5 hours ago Posted 5 hours ago Was just about to start a new game, so installed it. MCM is ok, I did find a deceased Vigilant with the shield and some other items. Just not saying where cause spoilers! Not met a pesky cultist yet, but the mod is looking promising on SE...
