Fighting games aren't really popular any more, so there's only old ones.

It is honestly surprising that anyone is still asking this question in 2026. The answer is now as it was years ago: the juice isn't worth the squeeze. 

 

Either one makes a terrible game with porn elements or one limits the reach of a legitimately good game with its content being restricted from 'respectable' marketplaces.

There are decent former porn games out there like Tribal Warrior and Commander Yiffai or Nekopara which cut out all of the H-scenes and altered character models so that that could expand their reach. Then there are games like Fight Angel that are not very good which only have an audience because of the adults only content.

 

What team of even 50 is going to throw away up to half a decade of their lives and enough money to buy a new family house just to make a great game which just happens to contain uncut adult material unless someone who is already rich decided to make such a game on principles built around freedom of expression or some other pleasant sounding yet ultimately vapid motivation?
