  1. File -> Import -> From NIF...
  2. Remove the parts you don't need like the original body (if you haven't done this already).
  3. Once you're done fitting the new parts to the new body, set the new body as reference and copy bone weights to the new outfit parts.

But personally I would do one of the following instead:

  1. Open the donor outfit in Outfit Studio and remove all the parts you don't need, like the body. Export it as a nif, and import it into the target outfit.
  2. Do this in Blender instead where you have superior tools.

when you say delete body and set new body as reference you mean the vampire body and wings head and hair  ? and set new body as reference what do you mean if i already deleted the body wouldn't that mean there's no body to set as reference?

My understanding was that you want the rags on the vampire lord body - so you shouldn't be deleting the vampire body then.

Well the process is the exact same except that you can now use the tools in Blender:

  1. Import both outfits. Put them in separate collections if you want to keep them organized.
  2. Remove all the bits from the rags outfit that you do not need.
  3. Remove all the bits from the vampire lord that you do not need.
  4. Morph the rags to fit the vampire lord. The sculpting mode can probably be used to make large adjustments. Edit mode when you need to move individual vertices.
  5. Merge the collections.
  6. Select all the parts you want to export, and export them as nif.
  7. Open the new nif in Outfit Studio and copy bone weights to the new rags.
  8. Export again, and test in-game.
