I'm seeing no difference here.

Seriously, I followed installation exactly, putting both extension files into the SKSE plugins folder, and, nothing, the game is just playing as normal, no bounciness, no additional movement at all.

Sorry but you might have done something wrong, because difference there is when it works as intended.

My mistake was likely not getting the stable version, because I get no CTD when I disrobe, and I do have the XP32 skeleton.

You're not alone, I'm  also not noticing much diference with the CBBE body. I mean I get the appropriate movements for the ass and boobs when squating, standing up, or jumping; but as far as when my character is running or walking, I haven't noticed much of a difference. I've actually noticed LESS breast movement while at a full jog, or even sprint.

I don't understand how other people are able to get this (see link) kind of movement out of HDT, because I too am not seeing it myself..

FInd bodyslide and use one of the BBP options. I used CalienteBody BBP to get some movement.

you would start by posting your log.

(its found in skyrim > data > skse > plugins, its called "hdtPhysicsExtensions.log")

this will tell us if it even booting up.

you could also try the following;

1. re-install in this order

  a. body

  b. armour

  c. skeleton

  d. HDT plugin

2. attach the .XML to your body using guides on this website (if you cant find one ask and ill get you a link.)

3. re-install SKSE

4. try the all in 1 installer. (once again ill provide a link if you want)
