What this mod does

Every time your sim gets cum'd inside — vaginal, anal or oral climax via WickedWhims — her belly progressively inflates. The bigger the load, the bigger the bulge. When the WW scene fully ends, a slow deflation cycle kicks in — with a continuous custom cum stream from the right bone, and a real puddle object that stays on the floor afterwards. Oral loads are special: instead of dripping out, they slowly digest into real in-game body weight.

It's not just a swelling animation. It's a whole cycle: climax → fill → moodlets → deflation → drip → puddle (and, for oral, → permanent weight gain).

 

 What's new in this version

 

 Three independent inflation zones
Vaginal, anal and oral are now completely separate systems. Each one inflates, decays and drips on its own — so a vaginal-only creampie won't trigger the anal stream, and vice versa. Get filled in two holes at once? You get both streams and both overflow buffs running side by side, each draining at its own pace.

 

 Two distinct cum stream VFX
Two separate custom streams, each from its own bone — vaginal from the front, anal from the rear. I nudged the vaginal one slightly forward so you can clearly tell them apart when both are going. Both are fully custom effects (this took some deep .package surgery to get the game to even recognize them 😅).

 

 NEW: Cum stream styles (thick / thin / gradual)
By popular request, there's now a "Cum configuration" menu where you pick how the stream looks while draining:

• Abundant — thick, heavy stream the whole time (the original look)
• Normal — a new, thinner stream for a more subtle drip
• Gradual — starts thick while the belly is big (level 2–3), then automatically switches to the thin stream as it empties (level 1 down to 0). It changes on its own as she drains.

 

 

 Oral inflation = real weight gain
Oral loads digest into actual in-game body fat — gradually, tick by tick, synced with the belly slowly going down. It's real game weight, so it persists in your save and can be worked off at the gym. You can tune how much fat each load adds (20 → 200). On top of that, taking a load down the throat now fills the hunger bar — it climbs gradually until she's fully satisfied, stays full through the whole digestion, and only starts dropping once she's done. (Toggleable.)

 

 NEW: BellyHotspot support (optional, extreme belly)
If you have kirax12's BellyHotspotVersions installed, you can flip a switch in the menu to drive the inflation with that mod's extreme belly slider instead of the default pregnancy morph. Way bigger bellies. There's also a new "Belly max size" slider to push it even further. Don't have the mod? Just leave the toggle off — everything works exactly as before.

 

 NEW: "Require cum inside" toggle
New option in the Climax menu. ON (default) = only real creampies inflate (the animation has to declare cum inside). OFF = any climax of an enabled type inflates the receiver, even on animations that don't flag cum inside. Your call.

 

💜 New buffs

• New oral buff for when she's digesting a load
• Level buffs (1/2/3) now factor in oral fill too
• Separate overflow buffs per zone (vaginal / anal), each appearing while that hole drains
• All buff text rewritten with a more sensual tone

 

 

🐛 Bug fixes

• THE big one — WW climax now inflates the right sim. Before, in some scenes both partners would inflate (the giver and the receiver). Now only the sim actually receiving the load inflates. This also got a dedicated fix for threesomes (MFF/MMF): the mod checks anatomy so the penetrating sim (the one with the penis) never inflates by mistake, no matter how many sims are in the scene.
• Inflation no longer wipes pregnancy or fat bellies. Previously, deflating would flatten any existing belly the sim had — pregnancy bumps and CAS/fat bellies included. Now the mod tracks only its own contribution and restores the real belly underneath when it drains, so pregnancies and body weight are left completely untouched.
• Menu now works on any sim you click, not just the active one.
• Fixed a crash when resetting inflation from the menu.
• Fattening is now smooth and gradual instead of snapping.

Good to know

"Why isn't the inflator working during a climax animation?"
Inflation triggers on oral/vaginal/anal climaxes, and it depends on animators correctly configuring their XML files. Some climax animations won't inflate simply because the creator set something else in their XML. This is now solvable on your end: turn off the new "Require cum inside" toggle so any climax of an enabled type inflates, and/or use the manual inflate buttons in the menu to top her up whenever an animation isn't configured the way you'd like.

Pregnant sims:
Pregnancies are fully safe now. Thanks to the new delta-tracking system, the mod only ever adds/removes its own belly contribution and restores the sim's real belly underneath when it drains — so pregnancy bumps (and CAS/fat bellies) are never overwritten. No need to skip pregnant sims.

• (Optional) kirax12's BellyHotspotVersions — only if you want the extreme-belly mode

 

📥 Installation

1. Download the ZIP and extract into Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\Mods\
2. Make sure Script mods are enabled in Options → Game Options → Other
3. Launch the game. Click any sim → Cum Inflation Hentai → Configuration.

 

🌍 For translators

Want to bring the mod to your language? Super easy, no coding needed:

1. Open Mods\BQ_CumInflationHentai\translations\
2. Copy _template.json → rename to <your_lang_code>.json (e.g. fr.json, de.json, pt.json)
3. Translate the values only — keep keys and {placeholders} exactly as they are
4. Save and restart TS4 — your translation loads automatically

About SNBank Bills: There's an unrelated bug between SNBank Bills and TS4 1.125+ (new Utilities.TRASH enum). It causes KeyError popups in BetterExceptions. My mod auto-detects this and silently disables only the floor puddle to avoid making things worse — the rest of the mod works perfectly fine. The exceptions come from SNBank itself, not my mod. Report to SimRealist when you can.

I am experiencing a TypeError conflict while using Wicked Perversions (LL.3.8a) alongside BaiQing's mod (BaiQing_HCIPieMenu.ts4script).

After testing, I confirmed that the Last Exception error triggers specifically due to a conflict with BaiQing's injector function (BaiQing_HCIPieMenu_AddSuperAffordances_1), which seems to break the arguments expected by the game/other injectors.

I have attached my Nisas_Last_Exception.txt file below. Hopefully, this helps you see how the two mods are clashing.

Apparently the error is due to the fact that I made the menu with Mod Constructor and in this version of Sims 4 they changed things.
I'm going to upload a version with that fix now. If this persists, don't worry, it won't break the game. The error is marked as "Likely False Positive" and the mod still works.

It's a matter of trying things out. There are many animators here on the forum who aren't on the official WW website but have some amazing animations.

This is a visual mod where the Sim's belly grows after an anal/oral/vaginal climax.

I’m still having the same issue after the update

I checked the Last Exception with AI analysis and it still points to BaiQing_HCIPieMenu / Mod Constructor injection compatibility
The game opens normally, but entering any household kicks me back to the map screen

Yoo, nice mod. I tried it out, works fine. 

I only can't change any of the increments, of how much the sims gets inflated. When I press on any of the options for changing the amount of inflation, it justs exits out of the menu. The other options work. 

 

The mod also creates a cum_inflation.txt document on the desktop. Dont know if that is intentional. 😅

Hello. I’ve tried using this mod, and I really like it. It’s exactly the kind of mod I’ve been wanting, so I’m looking forward to future updates.

Currently, the mod activates whenever any Sim ejaculates.

 

 

My feedback is that it would feel more immersive if this mod’s features activated when a Sim has a special ejaculation-related trait assigned through WW’s Wicked Attributes.

The mod does not work with the climax animations made by Lamaboy, Greynaya, or Nevely so far but it does work with the climax animations from Synthetic.  I haven't tried Oolala yet or Lumpinanou.  Those are the only animators I bother with but if anyone can tell me what animations they're getting to work with the mod, that would be cool.  I kind of like that it doesn't work with all of the animators since its a feature I'd rather see used infrequently rather then all of the time, so I'm not complaining.

Also, the mod is creating a log file on the desktop.. and its saving config files under c:\users\documents\los sims 4\mods when it should be storing those at wherever Sims 4 keeps the mod files..  The only annoying thing is that it creates that log file on the desktop all of the time.. I guess I can set it to hidden..

1. It would be nice if the mod didn't create a Spanish folder on my C drive, where the game isn't even installed.
2. The log on the desktop is also a bad idea.
3. The mod also works for male Sims, which I'm very happy about, but all the moodlets are written for women, and that bothers me. I'd also like male equivalents.
4. Besides that, I'm very glad that someone finally made a mod in this style 🥰

Hello, this seems like a very good idea for a mod. I was wondering if you have any plans for future updates, such as what is being recommended in the comments above, making the mod compatible with cumshine/Nisa's, adding a scaling fullness so that the sim can only get so inflated after repeated use, make some sims like/dislike cumflation, or maybe even a plug option or something for sims to not automatically deflate/deflate slower, or an interaction to deflate at a bath/toilet/shower with moodlets corresponding to their opinion. As another recommendation, if RPO is installed maybe even extra moodlets depending on if the sim wants children and if they are using birth control pills. Do sims inflate with a condom? do they inflate if the condom breaks? In any case, if you're planning on updating the mod I will be following its development, I love the concept.

@BaiQing Yea whats up with putting files anywhere other than our sims 4 directory? Some may finds this suspicious, how do we know these are the only areas where files are being generated, if your not putting the mod files in the sims 4 folder they could be anywhere, taking up space, and who knows what they are. The files we know of may only be mod files but we don't know if that's all that's being generated. If this is just an innocent mistake than please fix this.

Ok.. so far.. Synthetic, Atrois, Sexylunella, Motherlodesims and Ooolalaworld's climax animations will inflate.
Greynaya, Nevely, and Lamaboy's will not..

I don't use a lot of the other stuff out there by other animators, so no clue..

Some files were installed that way because I play it from the original Steam game and it installs in that location. I've already fixed that.

And the log file is for quicker access to my tests; I forgot it in that path before uploading the mod.
What's suspicious about that? O_o

I'm uploading an update for both mods today. The loading screen error is an error I got from the constructor mod when I tried to use it to make the menus circular.

People tend to get suspicious of files being created in places that aren't the norm.  Would be best to mention in the description that way no one will think something shady is going on.  And it is annoying that by default Steam installs games and stores saves in the way it does.  I prefer old school to where I can put things wherever I want.  But well, I can't use Steam anymore anyways since I have Windows 7..
