Also having this issue with the same configurations. I'm not sure if it's a bug or by design but I'd love to be able to use this mod on sims with penises. Works fine with my cis girls and trans men, but my trans ladies are feeling left out

Yes, it could be a conflict with a VFX mod, perhaps? Could you send me the log as a private message?
To do a clean run, you could delete your current log, launch the game, replicate the crash so the log records it, and then send me what it says.

My issue is that the belly drops to fast and the tool tip says to use a console for anything different then the options listed.. what do i type?. also the belly gets reset on a lot change not sure if this second one can be "fixed" or not

Hello, I really like your mod. Some issues now are: first, cum spurts out from the chest, not from below. Second, you have to reset it every time you enter the game, which feels a bit tedious! Third, even if you disable the require cum inside option, some animations don't change the belly size; it only works if you select bellyhotspotversions, but the belly size in this mod is a bit too exaggerated. Once again, I really like your mod. Thank you for designing such an interesting mod!

Just tested your update. Thanks for the smaller puddles. That was my biggest gripe.
The audio seems to constantly play for me. Also the draining mechanism does not seem to work quite right. There will be an initial drain right after sex and than it constantly drains every second. I tried to use the ingame menu to up the time but it just constantly happens until she is empty. This happens within 30 seconds of gameplay
