Even when I exported the head part of my preset using the Sculpt tool, loaded it in, changed the weight to 100, and exported it back as a .nif file, I didn't experience the issue you mentioned (the face getting fat). However, after applying the slider in Outfit Studio, the fat face keeps separating from the body... is there a problem with the my body file?

As for the body file, I'm using bbw slider provided by a Korean site.

Is the face meant to be affected by the slider as well? Does it change at all when moving the slider? What does the face look like with no sliders?

Moving the weight slider in Racemenu didn't change the shape of the face. Also, before applying the (fat face) slider you provided, it was a normal face.

Oh, I see the problem.

Pretty sure slider I made was only designed to be used with the newest body mod. It doesn't match up with the body sliders from arca.live because it wasn't made for it. You can fix it manually via Outfit Studio though I'm too lazy to explain it (Comfort Sliders/Shapes/whatever is one of the things you need to do so the part of the neck where the seam appears moves with relevant part of the body).
