WizardZedd Posted July 29 Posted July 29 (edited) So, is there anything I can do about the fact that with the experimental versions of your mods installed, almost every other mod I try made by other people results in invisible models? Is it just because the experimental RabbitFX mods are incompatible with mods made for the non-experimental version? To be clear, I know I can run the CN Mod Fix on those other mods if they make the experimental mods appear invisible. But usually its the other mods that appear invisible. Should I switch to using the non-experimental versions of all these mods? It'll be a pain to re-set all the toggles for each one, but if it means other mods will work, it might be worth it. Though, as I (poorly) understand it, that'll mean they're more likely to break whenever there's a game patch. Is that correct? Edited July 29 by WizardZedd

She apparently has a different body lighting texture than other characters, which is uneven and, like the others, is hidden from viewing and editing. I think I'll have to borrow the face material...if I can...but that will take a while... 6) Regarding the latest experimental version of EFMI RabbitFX v44e4 - I haven't tested it yet and am currently using the previous version v43e4 - I'll check if it works. 7) I keep forgetting to mention that in addition to RabbitFX, my mods, and AI Females Images, I also use RemoveTransparencyFilter. I haven't tested how the mods work without it—I always forget it's there in the mods folder. 8 )After that, I'll work on Avywenna, and it probably won't be quick—from August 3rd, in addition to my day job, I'll be working night shifts, two days on, two days off, until September. I hope you have a good time working, i'll wait for your next nude mods after Avywenna

Until EFMI RabbitFX releases a stable version of this feature that eliminates conflicts, I can't do anything. If it doesn't work, use the regular version. Is it tedious to configure everything for each operator? - (😈Devilish laughter😈). I hope to make even more switches and common accessories for all operators in the future. The regular versions of mods are much more stable and, as time has shown, work well after updates – they have minimal deviations from the modding tools template. If an operator breaks after a game update, there's a 100% chance it will also break in mods from other authors.

SOOOOO...stop...stop...stop. No, I haven't started exploring the new version's content yet – I haven't had time....Are you hinting at Nepherite? No...no...no, I don't believe it...really? Then I have to check it out myself.

My rabbitFX is v44e4. Some mods do this, while others have no problem. Try downloading previous versions of RabbitFX. v43e4 is for experimental versions, or v25_9f53c for regular versions. Some people report that other mods also have issues in newer versions of the utility.

Sangoku25 Posted July 31 Posted July 31 The new Rabbit Fix causes other conflicts too XD No idea what he messed up there, but it gets worse instead of better after every update. is not your mod^^

And as far as I can see, the developer himself hasn't commented on it.
Dam0nBaird Posted August 1 Author Posted August 1 Well, I've mastered the new content, and it seems I was too hasty with the Nepherite mod. She's still alive, after all, and there's still a chance she'll become an operative sooner or later. The game is developing very well; my interest has been piqued after the latest story update, and not just because of Nepherite. 1
Sangoku25 Posted August 1 Posted August 1 (edited) I currently have information that the latest RabbitFx breaks half of all mods. I also noticed that the save bug is back in it. He should just use the latest stable version and update it gradually to find bugs; otherwise, things will only get worse, as you can see. So, from what I gather, the issue is that everyone is using two different systems, and they’re clashing with each other. That means if you use the standard version, you can't use experimental mods—and vice versa—because of the conflict; it ends up making characters invisible. Basically, you have to agree on which RabbitFx version to build your mods for; otherwise, only the mod creator can fix it. XD According to the info, the experimental version is supposed to be better. That means if it catches on, you'll just have to adapt your mods to the new system. If you're using old mods, you're out of luck. Edited August 1 by Sangoku25
Dam0nBaird Posted August 1 Author Posted August 1 message on the RabbitFX main page. I'm noticing an increasing amount of people switching to using the experimental RabbitFX skeleton system which is helpful since fixes can be more centralized. However, this means that an increasing amount of people are noticing conflicts between mods that do use it and don't, causing mods that use the experimental skeleton system to become invisible. If your mods have invisible parts on them, try using the CN Mod Fix tool first. What the tool does is remove all the shader overrides and shader regex that are overwriting RabbitFX's filters and switch the mods to use RabbitFX's filters to trigger whatever functions are being used instead. This should at least stop random mods from causing RabbitFX to malfunction. Another benefit is that it just centralizes all the shader calls, instead of every single mod looking for the same shader, RabbitFX will just do it once. Unfortunately, the CN Mod Fix tool cannot migrate mods to use RabbitFX's experimental skeleton system, mods must be manually rewritten to do so... So if the system needs to be updated again like the last update, I cannot do anything to fix any mods that aren't using RabbitFX's experimental skeleton system...
Dam0nBaird Posted August 1 Author Posted August 1 So, the experimental version (as I understand it from the author) will soon become the main version, and there shouldn't be any conflicts in the future...we just have to wait. I'm sure this is a very difficult and lengthy process, requiring a lot of effort from the utility's author. 2

I also suspect it will end up being the one that prevails; anything else would just lead to more problems.
Chelovekas Posted August 5 Posted August 5 Your mods are seriously awesome, I use them for all my operators. I do have a quick question, though. Have you ever thought about upgrading your mods to add more variety? For example, you could add things like adjustable nipple expansion, anal or vaginal prolapse, vaginal stretching, and urethral expansion, or just anything along those lines. 2

You overestimate my skills. What you're talking about is too complex for me. I've seen similar mods with body shape sliders and the like, and I don't know how to do that (yet). To answer your question, yes, I plan to improve my mods in the future by adding new options, but not right now. My priority is to resolve the issues with existing mods and catch up with the game developers—so that by the time the new Operator is released, mods for the previous Operators will already be available, and then I'll have time to expand on the existing ones. 2
darsig Posted August 10 Posted August 10 This may seem rude, but I highly recommend stopping using that laggy, buggy mod dump, rabbitfx. Or at least making separate versions with and without it, since you absolutely can't live without it (I just can't understand why, and what's so great about it).

Or at least making separate versions with and without it, since you absolutely can't live without it (I just can't understand why, and what's so great about it). 1) Glow effect (I like highlighting some parts of the Operators) 2) Stable textures (some heavy mods become unstable after a while of continuous play due to low RAM). I have a 5070, but without this feature, the game still doesn't display the correct textures right away. 3) I like the new material swap feature (thanks to it, I can give the body a proper matte material, the same as the face). 4) The regular versions of my mods work without RabbitFX (at least, they did when I last checked). It's just that the glow effect and, of course, the related switches won't work. 5) I like using RabbitFX (I primarily make mods for myself, and I'm happy with it). I hope I was able to answer your question. 1
