Family Tree Mod?

I know nothing about coding, but I was wondering if the new update to the way the Sims 4 handles family trees has made it easier or harder for there to be a mod that makes the family trees properly show incest? The way it draws it now is kinda messy and lame the way it just adds the portraits in multiple places. I was wondering if it was possible to mod it so that it draws a new line between the family members, rather than adding multiple portraits, and add in multiple relationship bits? So for example a child of a mother-son couple saying like "Brother" and then "Father" underneath, both in the same portrait box? Perhaps there's a way to dummy it with something like an invisible portrait box that the lines get drawn between?

As far as I understood the tree update not just made it harder for incest, but may have made the task completely impossible. A huge "thanks" to EA for this.

The Devious desires mod by colonolnutty still has the ability for incest to be enabled.
