Nonamesleftorsomething Posted January 29, 2014 Posted January 29, 2014 I've been trying to find download for evil lair of hydra but the one on nexus mods only downloads ~150kB file. Does anyone know where to download mod or can you upload your copy if you have it? Thanks
D_ManXX2 Posted January 29, 2014 Posted January 29, 2014 what do you mean 1_4_0 is that small. downloads fine on my end are you sure it is not your own connection ?? try a different server. The mod only contain 1 esm file + 2 scripts. that is why it is that small. Also keep in mind that this mod was created with older skyrim patch and was never updated to newest patch 1.9.0.8 Also it contains some bugs that crashes skyrim. like when you use the lever to decapitate that female. and redo the lever again i sometimes got A weird crash. v-1-4-0 Evil Lair of Hydra Full-12556.rar

Do you have to download something else too? I dont think that whole dungeon can fit in 150kB. If its wrong patch version can you tell me one that it uses?
D_ManXX2 Posted January 29, 2014 Posted January 29, 2014 you can't find it because you need to find it first before it becomes active. Did you read the mod description ?? it is really close to Riverwood. The glowing effect it produces on the out side can't miss it. This is my last reply.
Guest Ragna_Rok Posted January 29, 2014 Posted January 29, 2014 dude, seriosly. the filesize depends DRASTICALLY from new content added. if you take a regular sword, raise its damage to god level, call it "super sword" and make a mod from that, its only like 2 - 3 kb max. if you make a dungeon / home that only consists of standard stuff that is already in game, 150 kb is more than enough. the next thing, on nexus description he states it as detailed as anyone could wish for where to find that fucking thing. now, with all due respect, lemme state some assumptions. first, you have no clue about filesizes from mods, which is okay if youre a rookie. second, you dont read mods descriptions before you ask questions because reading stuff sucks. third, you dont even try a mod before you start to look for help. - edited by staff

There is a difference between asking a question and just being a jerk. Just because someone can't do modding it does not mean they are young.

The screenshots aren't a good measuring stick of the dungeons quality, because the girls will look somewhat ugly without another mod. This other mod by hydralisk was, sadly, lost in time.
