Hey @AskaProfessional I tried this with my small business and nothing happened.  Do I still need my small business owner to be in the CEO career to see any options?

Hey, the owner becomes the boss automatically when they open a new business. You don’t need to attend the MBA or apply for the CEO position🤓

Employees also are initialized when the boss hires them, just like in real life🤗

And owner can have an affairs with employees

There aren’t that many options for small business, I only added interactions that make sense

 

P.S.:  If you want to assign your existing Small Business Owner as the Boss, you can add the "OfficeAffairs_IsSmallBusinessOwnerHidden" trait to them and the "OfficeAffairs_IsEmpHiddenTrait" trait to the employees. This should help you use the new features without recreating the business. I will check existing businesses automatically in the next version, but for now, you can fix it this way
