Which 3 is the best one to use then? I have been using this with 3.5 and the game plays fine. My game has been taking forever to start up and load a save but after that everything is fine. I was assuming it was too many dll or too many spid mods conflicting.

Current version of HPH SMP doesn't have a dll anymore.  So nothing to remove, unless you're using an old version for some reason.

Many other mods like Address Library already update and no longer compatible with this mod

Wanted to ask a question if anyone is able to answer it, Is it compatible or is smp fixes for 4.0.0 able to work backwards for FSMP 3.3.0? The versions of FSMP after seem to cause skirt physics from what I mostly noticed specifically to break and not work at all. I'm not sure why but I've seen other people notice the issue as well. I'm using 3.0.0 + currently along with 3.3.0.
