I think stuff was compounded when game version went to 25.1 and having XFans installed or not does not effect these problems, though I haven't gone far enough into this mod as i did not like that i began filming myself masterbating (sorry Dev) before creating XFan account.

I know Spike Fun is classed as experimental right now as it has a lot of issues with both 0.25 and 0.25.1, hopefully Caprice and Buddies Around gets updated, I didn't know either of those existed before you mentioned them. 

As for filming before you created an X-Fans account that was a bug with version 2.0.0 which should have been fixed with 2.0.1 and later if you wnat to give the mod another try, if its not fixed with one of the newer versions let me know and I'll sort it.

I'm on desktop. I just rebuilt the game with the latest version (not a patch). Everything should be updated, but can try deleting and updating with the latest version of x-fans. It's pretty laggy in x-fans in general, but is markedly worse when choosing a different framing option. I've kind of been testing things out today. If I do one flirty it seems to be okay, but with massive lag after sleeping. If I do two or more it never gets past sleep at all.

In terms of the pregnancy and lactation content the reason they're able to post these is that for male creators they do not have any content that they could use to claim fetishist subscribers, so it was a deliberate design decision to allow them to post that content without being pregnant or lactating in game, My explanation for it in game is that you're not the only guy able to chat and fuck the girls, just because you didn't get them pregnant doesn't mean someone else didn't, for the lactation side of it as you said drugs exist to induce and stop locatation so its not hard to believe that they have access to the same thing. 

 

I was running 0.25.1, so X-fans is also the latest (2.0.1 to be compatible, 2.0.2 was not installed then). I generate my own html file, and playing on desktop.

There are known mod compatability issues with the Desktop client, mainly for two reasons, first is that it uses a weird mix of 0.25.1 and 0.26 game versions so its a bit all over the place, the other is that mods are loaded differently to how they're loaded with the mod loader for the web version.

Until the desktop client is stable and bug fixed which I know is being worked on I don't really plan on doing anything with my mods until then, as the lag could easily be an issue with how its loading X-Fans or some weird version issue, which I can't really fix without breaking the web browser version if that make sense?

How are you generating your own .html? My advice would be to use the official mod loader to install mods, not saying thats the cause of this, but its safer in general for big mods like X-Fans that touch and interfere with so many base game passages and also X-Fans makes heavy use of JS so if there is an issue with even a single line of JS in the .html it could also be causing issues.

I can look into supporting belicia as long as the mod isn't too far out of date, and once you rebuild let me know, if its still an issue send me your save file and I can check a few things in there just to make sure there aren't any issues with how its intialised etc

OK, I am now on 0.25.2, with a new character, the NPCs seem to work correctly now (and an issue of mine about the instant generated NPCs also got fixed with BLACKED update). But I found a new... not exactly bug, but issue let's say. During streaming, player has to invite a "fuckbuddy" to stream with. This includes the NPCs in xfans_partners, which is fine, but I think if they can be invited at the player's home to stream together, they should be fleshed out as full NPCs (the generic generated ones). Seeing the ID of the NPC ("83 finishing ends the night.") is not really sell it.

Yeah 0.25.2 broke some of X-Fans and I assume 0.25.3 has broke some more, I'm currently fixing livestreaming as multiple people have reported that the Livestreaming doesn't work for them properly in 0.25.2, so not sure if this is part of that or just a bug in X-Fans, as they should display their full name.

This should now be fixed in 0.25.3

Okay, so since the 25.5 release, I've been trying to track down some issues. I think I've got most of them figured out, one I did find was what appears to be a conflict between xfans and fertile ditz. When moving on to penetration, the scene never starts. If disable one of them it works as normal. I was able to test it with a pretty minimal mod loadout. I used the maya woulfe player character, blacked as it was required, then xfans and neon desire and fertile ditz. Which sucks since those are probably my two favourite mods at the moment. I know you've been pretty solid at updating. It was working fine for me until i updated to the latest version you posted today. 


EDIT: Okay, I redownloaded the latest version of fertile ditz, this time I unpacked it and went started going through the files one by one. I turned off fertile_ditz_zzz_hooks.twee and everything is working more normal again.

Just checked the Fetile Ditz Discord channel and they're aware of issues breaking sexual encounters so I'm going to assume thats the same issue that you're having here, I would speak to them about it if once that is fixed its still an issue let me know and I'll see what I can do

Thanks, you're always so quick. I located the specific file that was causing the problem I think, but that's just trial and error testing, I've got no ability to know for certain it's that or what the cause is. Great work.

Hi! I have a suggestion to help with creating your own niche: On the Analytics page (or somewhere else, but it makes sense to put it there) there should be a description of each target group (likes, dislikes, how to keep them or loose them).

 

Also, maybe reward the player if it manages to carve out a specific target group (idk, like if your audience is 90% male gooners, your videos targeting this audience is more lucrative/targets even more of these types).

 

Also, it seems the audience currently male, female, gooners, fetishists. Does this not should to be two different distribution of the same audience? Like, male gooners, male fetishists, female gooners, female fetishists?

 

I noticed, that in the Female group there is no other competitor for the audience. There is only the player and the "Unclaimed". Seems an error, they should flock to the guys (or the girls too, if Lesbianed is installed).

Hi, I know I start to get annoying, sorry! Where do the streaming algorithm gets its videos? Because about the third of the referenced videos do not exists. I actually did a full search for the mp4 file, it is not anywhere (I looked specifically for this one: X-Change Life/modded/img/scenes/characters/rileyreid/sex/active/doggy/pushing back.mp4), but it is not in any of the libraries, nor it is referenced in the mod file anywhere (neither normal, nor blacked files). Is the streaming supposed to work from some centralized scene list?

 

Also, is the Balcked/not blacked videos are intentionally together? I invited a white collegue, during streaming both blacked and not blacked scenes are present. I have no problem with this, but is this how it is supposed to work?

The reason I didn't add the explanation for what affects the pools is that its part of the learning curve for the mod, you can obviously do an educate guess that say lactation will do well with fetishists for example, and you can tell by looking at your stats and things what shifts have happened, plus also there is no way to dynamically update that for mods that add in additional content. 

The issue with rewarding the player for carving out a niche is that it becomes a snowball, if say I added like a 5% boost per 10% audience capture above 60% you'll capture the remaining audience pool very quickly, same even if I made it closer to the 90% and added boosts, you can't capture the whole sum total of a pool, thats the point, thats why Rivals exist, its so that you have to fight against them for a limited number of subscribers, if you play long enough all of the unclaimed subscribers in a pool will go to basically 0 there will always be some due to some subs leaving and not subscribing to anyone else straight away. 

No its all different audience pools, thats not to say there aren't obviously both men and women inside the gooner and fetishist pools, of course there are, however the pools are defined by what they like, nothing else, so each individual subscriber belongs to only one pool, see it as male and female pools like vanilla content, gooners love especially graphic stuff so sex scenes in particular, and fetishists like very specific content like pregnancy and lactation content.

The female audience thing is a bug which will be fixed in 2.0.11

This is a bug with the streaming integration as it pulls from the position lists for each playable charachter so its just merging the blacked and non blacked positions I'll get that fixed up

These mods are optional and need to be downloaded individually, Athena provided the links. Paradise Mall Expanded, Backpage and X-Press Delivery (imho best/easiest job) are really good anyway; the others are up to you. Use the X-CL Mod Loader to ADD the mods, then when you are happy with your mod selection, run VALIDATE, LOAD and REBUILD, then use html file in game MODDED folder.
