Female head replacer for males

After few days of searching with no luck. I am starting a new thread. Is there a mod out there that replaces male's head with female look ones. That would mean to change the face, head, hair, meshes and textures. Much thx.

You mean to actually put a female head on a male body? If so, that's easy. Just make a female character then go into the console, type "sexchange" then hit ENTER. That's it.

you can do some change to your player ears, mouth, eyes with TES Construction set. but you need to be careful with this program because you can f*ck your game. you
