That's not hypocritical at all.  Underage is underage and therefore must be banned.

Except it's allowed in other games seemingly at random. It isn't a moral decision they're making, it's to avoid controversy. That's why they made a big deal about Silent Hill F and Fire Emblem Engage, but allow teens in The Sims and similar content. If it's under the radar, they don't moderate it.

It's fictional regardless. This website hosts a plethora of rape, necrophilia, and bestiality content, but you draw the line at an anime highschooler? It's asinine.

The only way I can see that happening is if "teen" is used in its literal sense to include "18" and "19" in the "teen" age group.  Otherwise, it's illegal and a blatant violation of the site's rules and shouldn't be here.

 

Underage is underage, and all content that is sexually explicit or suggestive regarding underage characters has no place here (or anywhere else, but that's outside the scope of LL).

2. Teens in The Sims 3 are shorter than normal sims, likely aged between 13-16.

4. Once again, it is fiction. If you believe rape, bestiality, necrophilia, and guro content has a place here but nude mods for "teens" does not, do some self reflection.

1. Yes it is.  Any person, real or fictional, under the age of 18 cannot be depicted in any sort of sexual or suggestive context.  US federal law.  It's worth noting, though, that LL is hosted in Canada, but they have nearly identical laws to USA.
2. Then anything that sexualizes them is illegal.
3. Correct, but nor are you.  We're just two people having a discussion.
4. Unlike "people" (real or fictional), the DEPICTION of rape, bestiality, necrophilia, guro, etc. isn't illegal, only the real-life action is.  Personally I find all of the above disgusting, but it's not ILLEGAL to depict it using fictional ADULT characters.  But even the depiction of a clearly fictitious underage person in any sort of sexual context is illegal under US and Canadian law, so there is a very clear difference between the two.

The law only applies to artistic depictions of real minors. There's a reason the only cases of anyone having ever been charged with possession of things such as lolicon were being charged with other crimes and had "obscenity" charges slapped on for that, because there is no specific law for such content. There are hundreds of thousands of illustrations of underage characters hosted on US hosted websites with no repercussions whatsoever. If you look up hentai of Hinata Hyuga, for instance, it is primarily her Shippuden appearance, in which she was seventeen. There is a lot of rule34 of Persona characters, all of which are minors, and there are Persona mods on this very website.. And there are many, many teenage anime characters with the same treatment. And such content has been allowed on this platform several times and still is today, it is only banned when it is controversial.

So yes, the mods are indeed hypocrites on this subject. This is an objective fact you can find yourself just by browsing the website. And if such content were truly outright "illegal", every Rule34 site would've been closed a long time ago.

I keep getting frequent stutters while playing.

Is there a particular setting causing this or am I simply unable to run it on my current laptop?

 

Specs:

GPU: rtx 3060

CPU: I7-11800H

RAM: 16 GB

It's probably type of PC problem my Lenovo 32-ram Laptop & gaming Desktop works but my intel laptop 16-ram

with in family had same problem to they

Could try restarting PC or lowering Graphics Settings

Rule 3: We may be an adult-oriented community, but don't be stupid, don't post anything blatantly illegal. Meaning no discussion or assistance with illegal content such as piracy, game cracks, models or textures taken from the assets of other games, or any depictions of underage persons with exposed nudity or in a sexual context.

In other words, if you see sexualized underage characters, REPORT THEM.  The mods don't catch everything because they're volunteers, so they aren't combing through every post and every download.  Help them out.  The mods did a great job of scrubbing all the illegal content surrounding Hogwarts Legacy, as an example, but mainly because it was brought to their attention to begin with.  If you see it, report it so it can be handled appropriately.

I'd hope for new models as those are pretty outdated, need to see the breast and butt jiggle (Old models can't)

Just released Mirko on my Patreon.
I made a completely new muscular body mesh for her that's more detailed than the one in the game.
Jiggle physics are there but they might cause desync issues online, which I have no solution for at the moment.
