Vancien Posted January 27, 2014 Posted January 27, 2014 So do you ever find yourself annoyed to the point of rage by the snide remarks guards or other people make towards you in Skyrim? Does it ever just boil up until you draw forth your steel and lunge it into their chest? I for one do this occasionally. I can't stand how some guards think they are better than I, when they should really be kissing the ground I walk on. After all, if not for my courage and strength their pathetic little waste of lives would be even less than they are. To that end, I had enough of rude commentary the other night and it exploded in Whiterun. It was a blood bath and no soul was safe from my wrath, not even children. Especially that little brat Braith. However, to my surprise Vilkas apparently shared in my feelings. I found him defending me and attacking everything in sight. He chased Braith all over Whiterun yelling profanity and just causing total chaos. It really put a smile on my face. I'm not at all certain what caused him to do this as I have never seen an NPC intently go after a child in the game. Unfortunately however, Vilkas at some point during his enraged chase and belligerent banter he caught an arrow in the neck. I'll never forget him. He was a true companion and fearlessly went after everything that moved that day. A true cold blooded killer. His final resting place enclosed. *Laughs*

I actually carried that one out like a full fledged contract hit. She never saw it coming. I thought Taarie however, may turn over a new leaf with her sister gone and become a little more humble. She's just about as rude and derogatory in her eloquent tongue though. The only pretty thing about those two are the close they sell. And they really aren't that pretty. It'd be nice to take over that store as a business. I could let my daughter Sofie run it. Solitude would be a much better place.
Chuck Finley Posted January 28, 2014 Posted January 28, 2014 Based on how much hate everyone else produces for the denizens of Whiterun (not to mention the guards globally) I believe myself to be incredibly lax when in proximity to NPC's. Yes, their generic, repetitive and often insulting comments are at best annoying and at worst obnoxious, but I let it slide. After all, I'm a vagrant. I wandered in from parts unknown, dropping off loot from faraway lands and walking around, going wherever I please. I've been in their town for all of fifteen minutes and managed to endear myself to the Jarl immediately - something most commoners struggle to do over the course of their entire lives. They're just jealous. They can't handle my swag.

They even bow and press a fist to their chest when I pass. Ask me how I am, tell me to stay safe, as if the city is to my liking. They get nicer and nicer as we go along the story line >.> Its nice... However... if he asks me if I've been to the cloud district one more time.... I actually stalk him on the road and murder him so I don't go to jail for it. His wife won't miss him!! lol -C

But perhaps, I willingly look for an excuse to draw blades. In fact, I'm pretty certain I am rather vindictive. I just wish as your story progressed perhaps a majority would start to change favor. I don't pay my bounty and I never pay for drinks. I'm the Dragonborn-Guild Master-Dark Brother-Werewolf-Listener-Dragon Slayer-Thane-Vampire Nightmare-Legate-Daedric Champion-Gods-Chosen-Dohvakiin-Qahnaarin! Quite the title really. I need a services rendered tax due. Hell, I am the Empire and the Rebellion. And where's my salary in all of this? These inheritance checks for $100 septum ain't buying no steak dinners.

gvman3670 Posted January 28, 2014 Posted January 28, 2014 I tried to save Roggvir the other day. I hid and let a perfectly placed arrow fly. Before I could take my second shot he ran off the platform and a guard cut him down. But for some reason it started a fight in the streets. The axeman ended up killed by Solitude guards, the poor Argonian thief fellow kept getting beat down to one knee and there was over a dozen casualties laying in the streets. Did I reload? HELL NO! Shit happens in Skyrim!

The end of the video is pretty epic. I may have to try this mod. It looks rather interesting. Dragon Reinforcements I certainly like. I like having stacks of dragon souls on my belt. Was that Durnheviir? I'm curious if this mod just causes total random chaos around Skryim. I don't want unwanted inheritance letters unless I have something to do with them.
Claynation01 Posted January 29, 2014 Posted January 29, 2014 lol the guards don't bother me as much as the people that just say random things to me as i pass by, it just grates on me till i explode even though i try to play a good vampire well as good as a vampire can be like the time i was walking down the hall minding my own buisness, Tilma in the companions jorrvaskr decides to tell me again for the billionth time, Ive been tending to the warriors of jorrvaskr for as long as i can GAHH Gurgle Death Die DIE DIE as i rip into her neck with my teeth, and no i don't miss her from the game lol. I bring the justice with my sword, my bow, my intelligence and my muscle strength! not with weapons of mass destruction, there is no art from afar "to watch" as people die. today's "army leader" and "leaders" sitting in a bunkers and just push the button, where once the kings at the top of their army were fighting. german ich bringe die gerechtigkeit mit meinem schwert , meinem bogen , meiner intelligenz und meiner muskelkraft ! nicht mit massenvernichtungs waffen , es ist keine kunst von weitem "zuzusehen" wie leute sterben . die heutigen "heerführer" und "oberhäupter" sitzen in einem bunker und drücken nur auf den knopf , wo früher die könige an der spitze ihres heeres kämpften .
