Heya, I really like what I see with this mod so far! There's also a lot of nice ideas floating around here for future integrations and features. :3

Regarding the futa curse, I have a couple of small issues:
- Curing it changes the PC's schlong state from whatever it currently is (presumably a schlong) to "No Schlong." In my case, female characters have a different default schlong (or lack thereof), and so I actually need it to reset to "Female No Schlong". Currently, there's no way to make it do that. :c  So, when I cure the curse, I have to manually change it from "no schlong" back to "female no schlong" in the SOS menu. Both no-schlongs are still valid, but the appearance can be incorrect with the standard one (i.e. missing pube-fluff). Would it be possible to store the previous state of the schlong when cursed, and then restore that state when cured?
- The other issue is that the "rank"/"size" of my schlong always seems to get set to 1 when I am cursed. In my case, I don't mind - cute tiny useless pp! However, if that is also happening for others, folks might prefer if it gets set to something larger - probably, actually within the range of "min/max schlong size" that they've configured in SoS? EDIT: After further testing, this seems to be partly due to curing of the curse resetting the schlong size/rank to 1. When re-cursed, it will then still be size-1. Easy workaround is changing the size in SoS menu after being cursed again, of course (unless your playstyle involves getting cursed/cured super frequently or something), but I'm hoping there's an easy built-in way to fix this. c:

(If curious, I am using SkyFurry NG and its associated "Male Body and Schlongs." It comes with SOS baked-in, and provides some sheathed peens like that of Bad Dog Hoodies. For female characters, it provides "female no schlong" for a variety of reasons.
For anyone else coming along later who are also using this mod, I entered "Female Sheath" as the SOS Schlong in the Futa Curse settings.)

For the spoken lines, would it be possible to add a setting for adjusting their volume (or tweaking it to use current settings for other speech)? They're very nice, I don't mind them at all, but they're a bit loud for me - much, much louder than other spoken dialogue. Worse, I wasn't expecting it, so it gave me a little scare the first time.. 😅 I play with headphones, if that matters.

EDIT: Increased arousal from getting groped due to the milky curse would be really cool! After getting groped back-to-back-to-back by every NPC who catches a whiff of a glance my way, it would surely make sense and play into the plethora of arousal-based mods and triggers if this act had some effect on the PC. c:
Some kind of check/padding around the attempt to start a groping animation might be necessary, too. A lot of times, actors that are just about to start an animation will start to grope at the same time, causing some visual glitches for a moment while the actors attempt to play 2 animations at once, and then often leaving the characters in a slightly scuffed idle state, where it is expected that they should currently be playing an animation but now are not. The slapping-around that some mods add for when NPCs are near a PC are bad enough, lol, but they're usually quick enough that the character resets properly to idle before they start the other animation. Since the groping animation is relatively long, it tends to finish right after another animation would have already begun - canceling it out. Until there's some way to mitigate this, my workaround is simply to disable the event whenever it's generally more likely that I might get involved in other animations.

Lastly, +1 for some built-in CBBE 3BA settings! 
Maybe some pre-defined settings in the global json could work along with an MCM setting to choose your body type (so, "milk_maid_morphs" can still refer to your default body type, and then "milk_maid_morphs_3ba" can be added, keeping some backwards-compatibility)? And so-on..
Using the list of morph names for 3BA that you provided in a previous post, I managed to lazily (good enough for me, for now) trial-and-error a half-decent set of changes for when my PC gets the milky curse. I'm not really sure how the numbers work, though, other than "bigger number = more change" (multiplier?) and some morphs should be negative for the desired effect (i.e. BreastsTogether = -1.0 ).

Well, imagine my surprise when I'm quietly outfitting a mannequin, all alone in my new home, and the damn thing started groping me..! Ahaha
The mannequin itself didn't animate, of course. It just teleported behind me Goku-style while my PC was telepathically fondled and reacting in kind. :p

So I'm trying out the milk curse

Basicaly: I open chest->get cursed(milk cuirass appears in inventory)->tits scale to some size->I try to milk them->get the message "pump was turned on"->worn armor piece gets unequipped and then.... nothing? Was expecting for tits to get smaller, milk cuirass to get equipped and some animation, but nothing.

 

Doesn't matter if i was wearing milk cuirass beforehand. Can't tell if it's the problem with values i set for 3ba morphs, or if that's all to the milk curse for now. Also tried waiting around if the tits get bigger but also no. How do the morph values interact with the mod? 

 

Npcs do try to suck the tits though, so at least there is that.

 

 

Also would be possible for futa to use this addon?: 

 

+1 for the Increased arousal from getting groped due to the milky curse

+1 built-in 3ba settings

 

Definitely would like to see some kind of horny curse. Where you have increased arousal rate and at high values you often stop to "subconsciously" touch yourself. Could also use some dripping fluids like in dripping-when-aroused mod.

CTD when chest tries to apply curse which is player already affected with.
