Mristress69 Posted November 25, 2025 Posted November 25, 2025 So you know how you can save camera angles in TS4 ? I'm really hoping there's a mod that will keep these camera angles saved when you exit the game. Not necessary (but handy) is if you could set more camera angles too (keyboard 1-4 and numbs lock 4-6) I just got an idea from another mod, the teleport anywhere mod. (Maybe this is possible and less complicated then adding a tone of extra keys that have to work with TS4 ??? Idk how shit about modifying games !!) Instead of a knight, you could reuse a piece of clutter modified. Example, the base game books. The moded clutter piece can be placed say 10-20 times. When you enter free camera mode, nums lock 9 will take you to the first modified clutter piece you placed. Move the camera where you want, use maybe nums 8 (or whatever) to set the position. Nums 9 and you go to the second modified clutter piece and repeat. When you delete one of the modified clutter pieces, the one placed after it takes it's spot. (Delete clutter 8 , 9 becomes 8, 10 becomes 9 etc.) If you're curious , I'm using the TS4 to create a lot of reference art for a dating sim porn game (if I'm lucky I'll get to create it) . I need a lot of shots of a sim / sims in different spots in different rooms from the same angle. I could create SOME reference art with still shots from the game and add a cropped character where I want , but that won't work for all of my needs. ( Aphantasia is a BITCH ) Does this exist??? 1
SAFMeiko Posted November 25, 2025 Posted November 25, 2025 That's nice. I'm looking for this too. I think you could save the camera position even after the game is over, but it would be nice if you could fix it for other things besides camera shooting and CAS when you think back on it. (There are mods that change the pose of the camera, though.)

I made multiple world saves , set multiple camera angles and named them like "basement shots 1 & 2 , Main floor 1-3" etc. When TS4 was open, I could load the different saves and the angles were still there. When I exited and started it back up, all gone. So disappointing. T_T

I found a solution to part of my problem and decided to share. Hope it helps someone. I'm gonna plan stuff very very carefully so that I can get all the more difficult reference art I need for one object / place . These references are going to be vids for the animated parts of my game. For some easier things , I can upload screenshots to https://justsketch.me/ and pose a model / models there. Some references are simply to make it so you can select a character in an area, others for a simple cutscene. HOWEVER . . . this would be a super amazing mod please someone make this.

Well, I understand that it would be better to extract it with Simripper and use it in Blender. (If you use my rename add-on, autorig and other paid/free plugin auto-rigging should probably work too.) I want to shoot in-game as much as possible, and I'm especially distributing WW body parts, so I need to create dedicated thumbnails for them.
