I haven't installed FNIS nor Nemesis, only Pandora running it as separate tool, zipped contents of the Pandora Output folder and installed it as mod. Despite the lengthy list it's not using too many "full mods" or whatever those were with 256 or something as the limit. Everything else seems to work, like said in subject already. Pandora fucked up my game 3 days ago. I had to reinstall 900 mods again. Guess what, I am doing allright only with FNIS. Yes, only FNIS. If you keep the animations around 8000-9000 you shouldn't have any problems either with combat moves, movement or kinky animations. (even if the 10 000 animations with FNIS XXL can be overriden). Ensure that the Start In field is set to the Skyrim Data directory. Run Pandora from Vortex. Tick the patches you want and click Launch. To be more specific, I removed all the GTS/Gate to Sovngarde branded mods/patches (and then some like Bruma stuff) so it should now just be a bunch I could just as well install manually from Nexus. And like I said, everything else seems to be working fine except for the T posing character
traison Posted October 30, 2025 Posted October 30, 2025 Pandora doesn't report issues with FNIS animation mods anywhere, so rebuild your behaviour files with FNIS and test again. Check its output for the reason why everyone is T-posing.

Guess I'll just remove all LL stuff and see if it works and start adding them one by one.

The issue with Pandora, like I said, is that it doesn't report errors from FNIS animations. The only place you can see it even processing FNIS animations is in the Engine.log output. I think I let it run for about an hour, all it did after clicking update fnis behaviour was list that I had checked gender specific animations and skeleton arm fix (or whatever the two first ones were) and sat there.

"Sat there" means nothing happened after those 2 lines which came up instantly, indicating it had just hanged itself trying to run. I know it can be slow, but if it's not done in an hour, it'll likely never be. There was also no activity in task manager, like blinking instances of anything else running and closing or any such.

But, looks like I've been barking at the wrong tree, the culprit is apparently ZAP 9.2 - CBBE HDT Full Version which might be meant for LE instead of SE, feel stupid. The arm fix is always required as far as I know but the gender specific is only needed is you have if you have mods that use gender specific animations. Zap for SE Yeah I installed the 8.0 for SE, no FNIS, just Pandora, everything seems to work now (well, haven't actually ended up in any LL mod scene yet but so far looking good)
