So, anyone, write here your favourite home mod, maybe with screenshot if possible.  I have seen over 100 house mod and no one was perfect for me. Maybe your suggestions can help me and other peoples to make final decision about place for living in skyrim.

hearthfire dlc ... lakeview manor --> very nice location to build a house, a veggie-ingredient-garden, horse, built main hall, armory, treasure room, greenhouse (18 more ingredients plantable... YAY!), and a full equipped smithing cellar. special features: i can go on top my my treasure room, its a terrace, from which in once in a while love to snipe that fuckface-necromancer next to the river :D ... with this construction i can also jump from my balcony on my greenhouse roof and enjoy the view. wife (orc), steward (orc), housecarl (redguard), bard (nord), and 4 more orc-npcs make this my mansion number 1 for my horde.

i was looking for a screen, but didnt have one, so i scored one from the webz... here is my favorite recreational activity:

Add this... http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/39722/? ...to Lakeview Manor (Hearthfire addon home) and it's better than nearly any modded home available. It adds a dungeon full of sex slaves and even dresses up the outside really nicely with a wall and gates, adds a hottub, more gardening, all smithing/alchemy/enchanting can be done outdoors (avoid load screens) and so on. It really does make a Hearthfire home rival anything else out there.

You can add this if you don't want the slaves (the rest is all the same)... http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/33656/?

As for modded homes I kind of like Evil Lair of Hydra (it's on the Nexus, too). If you're on LoversLab and using adult mods you'll probably like Hybra's Lair.

The second one is nice but I hate when a house has a body mod as a fucking requirement especially CBBE which is not used as much as UNP and it variants.

it is quite easy, I also do not use CBBE! each character has its own meshes \ texture file, so you can easily exchange the body. all armors are interchangeable, although it is a bit laborious you have to rename single files.

I have no idea of something like this, but I've managed to rebuild everything on CHSBHC.

Did you try placing it in the module box before talking to Server?

Yeah. Not long after posting that I was in there and accidentally noticed the barrel/box for depositing them when my crosshair went over it. :D I found all the bits, now I just need to find the damned ring for the portal.

Riverside Lodge is a home I keep going back to, great view and  mostly lore freindly and Breezehome Fully upgraded is essential if you use Breezehome, it makes it into a great home plus it has a fun way to get the upgrades , both have excellent sorting chests that take the grind out of Inventory management.

The Moors also gets a mention in despatches, it has some nice touches and is in an area with less options, which is one of the biggest gripes with house mods, why are so many around Whiterun and Riverwood?. I've started using Frostflake Top, useful location and nice small base.

Any recomendations for good house mods out Markath or Winterhold way?

Amethyst Hollows is a home set in a new worldspace that features an eternal sunset off a pier overlooking a quiet lake. The house itself comes fully loaded, but the view is what differentiates this house mod from the rest. There's also a small questline to gain access to the house (which can be completed in under two minutes) and it can be fast-traveled to any time after initial discovery.
