Have the same issue with SexlabUtil.dll crashing with this mod installed. Only happens on followers, usually after they go down a few times. The crash happens either when starting a SL scene or when I press N to read arousal on a follower, while other NPCs are fine.

I already posted on Sexlabs main thread, glad to see other people here have the same issue and it's not an issue with Sexlab

 

Edit: has been happening with both the Acheron and Non-Acheron version for me.
The SexlabUtil.log ends with this error:

If possible, could you please make it compatible with the Horde mod?

NFF is way too bloated for most users and is outdated by now.

We could really use a lighter, more modern follower management framework instead.

Sadly, the author took down all their mods on Nexus for some reason.

I’m using this mod, but I suspect the MCM menu isn’t showing up simply because I don’t have NFF installed — even though the dialogue checks and “push” options still work.

I really want to use this mod! All your mods are perfect for my taste.

Maybe I need to ask why is NFF required?

For what it is worth, I was experiencing the Sexlabdll assertion error when trying to start a SL scene with injured followers too but removing Simple Combat Injuries resolved this assertion error for me, and I did not even have Nerfed Followers active at the time of that test.  So the injury section of this mod (injury anims, specific concussed bleeding injuries etc) is I guess what is responsible for the assertion error, if it is utilizing the same scripts as SCI for handling the injury anims and specific injuries.

I would like to suggest an option to adjust followers global damage received and damage dealt sliders please.
