[SOLVED][AE] How the fuck do I get rid of this shit?

I was able to remove Mods and CC menu entries form the main menu, but I can't find a way to get rid of this crap over here. BethINI doesn't seem to have an option to toggle this off and google thinks I want to stop updates.

I don't use MO2 and I don't want to get rid of the CC, as the plugins are required for other stuff to work.

 

I have already removed 90% of what the mod they recommend in Step 3 removes, by simple .ini file edit. Most of its functionality is redundant, and far as I can see at a glance it edits the flash menus directly. I don't want to tinker with that element. There has to be simpler way.
