WCIF skin details that changes the color of a sim's genitalia

I'm making alien sims and I wonder if there are skin details/tattoos/accessories that changes the color of a sim's genitalia to any color you want, like neon colors, etc

 

I only found them for TS4 but I'd like them for TS3

I haven't seen any skin textures that allow custom coloring, or some kind of 'accessory' which would be similar to the Kinky World Condom as a colorable version. I do use these though:
