I would like to know something about you, your city, country, people, and things that only you or a few people know or do, something that makes them interesting and that doesn't exist in any media. Themes can be various. For instance:

- Did you know that the city of Rijeka has the largest gay and lesbian community in Croatia?

or:

- Did you know that prostitution is forbidden by law in our country?

or

- Did you know that 90% of sex shops and cinemas were closed in Croatia at the beginning of 2000?

... and so on, and so on.

The topic is interesting. But honestly, there's so much I could write about my country here... but I don't want to read the negativity and reveal where I'm from. Sorry for not supporting the topic. I'd love to read interesting facts about other countries.

Thank you for the revelation and for the clarification. If you've read the thread, the worst thing that happened to you during sex... well, you get the idea. I get the idea. Well, okay. My parents were involved in my education from childhood. I had my first teachers when I was three. At four, I read books by one of my favorite authors, J.R.R. Tolkien. 

Except perhaps "The Silmarillion," I read it at 11 and understood it at 13. Since childhood, I've had a special love for books. I read almost everything I can get my hands on.

Did you know that: I write short stories, I love creating genre chimeras, and I'm currently learning to write first-person stories. But I lack the courage to publish them... My big dream is to own a house with vineyards, write books, and produce truly good wine, perhaps tailored exclusively to a specific person's tastes. 🍷

I understand that perfectly well. I'm writing a story online right now, here on LL, without any preparation. But I'm taken a break now... I have some things to do that prevent me from concentrating and writing without distractions.

This is incredibly upsetting. Unfortunately, the promotion of criminality, permissiveness, and the advertising of a supposedly glamorous life are simply a pretty veneer that makes children think they can achieve anything without much effort or education... then comes disappointment and resentment... but the state benefits from controlling stupid people...

I'm 19... but thanks to my parents, they instilled in me a love of knowledge from childhood, helped me find myself, try myself in everything, and talked a lot and talked about everything, shared opinions, knowledge, and experience.

Please forgive me)) I use a translator to communicate in English. It's often inaccurate. I wrote, I not  👍 your comment. It's not that I didn't like it... but because it seemed strange to me if I reacted this way to a sad story.

I decided in spring to try myself at it. Just add your own blog here on LL and have a try.  Since I want my stories to set in The Witcher universe, I put them also AO3 and later on DeviantArt.

Oopsie, I broke the thread rules 🤐 So I need to rephrase:
