Need help with companions

Ya was thinking about getting a companion mod to run around with but not sure what to get and such and if there are any hgec hcup or DMRA body ones, love those body.

 

 

any help and links much appreciated.

Well, if you are using lovers then the most compatible one is MCS: http://www.loverslab.com/showthread.php?tid=2601

 

Note: it does require MBP (as most lovers plugins do).

 

Then you can grab some (or if your like me ALL) of the mods here: http://www.loverslab.com/showthread.php?tid=2596

 

You can then pick and choose from the incredible hotties that will be wandering around

 

Also many of these girls use standard armor so if you have installed HGEC Hcup or DMRA armor replacer mods they will be sporting them for your viewing pleasure.

not sure what you mean lovers is that a mod?

 

i just want a companion that runs around and fights with me. maybe later ill get into the sex acts stuff want to get simple stuff worken first and an awesome body on it.

lovers with pk is a collection of mods moreso the base file is lovers with PK which on itself doesn't do much except provide the base for the rest of the plugins

 

for a companion to start with vilja is great just don't combine with MCS since it can break some of vilja's scripts http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=28977

 

Note you can combine mcs with vilja just be carefull on what you do

MCS doesn't need MBP as a master. Works tickity-boo on my set-up which has no MBP at the moment.

MCS will work great for you. You can add CSR which is an easy install for more companion functionality. On TesNexus there are numerous NPCs made for it including Liv Tyler and Audrey Hepburn. You can also recruit regular NPCs but be careful not to break quests' date=' etc. A quick trip to Oblivion Wiki can give the low-down on any vanilla NPC re: quests, etc. My favorite NPC packs are these two...

...since they level with you. Others might as well, but these two I KNOW do. One NPC in one of those packs, Joanna Stone-Blood, has a very detailed AI package which includes raiding dungeons, etc, on her own.

No problem. You can substitute body meshes in the 'Bombshell' folder with others you like as you find them. Be sure to use the latest skeleton to support BBB and such.
