I'm pretty sure it was written by Ashal, though my memory could be playing tricks on me. I see the one linked here by Arc of Truth, but I can't seem to find the one I remember. After several years, I'm in a mood to try Skyrim again. Does anyone recall the guide I'm talking about, and can you point me to it?
