SO and New California

Will Fallout/Sexout work with the quest/adventure mod New California? Don't recall to ever seeing a reference to NC here, did a search...came up with nothing, checked the SO Quest Patcher and saw nothing. So does anyone know if they will work together?

The short answer is ..... yes.

Yes. but there is no events with New California. So oly sexout mods that basically work with any NPC will work, no story based alternative option or something.

The same thing will happen with Tale of Two Wastelands or any other major mod. Only default genral sexout mods will work. Somoene has to go and make mods for that area. If it is a popular mod, it might be a way to both enjoy your new mod and create a mod and friends and gain some fame.  

There are lots of people here that have experience doing mods that can help. Just be sure to be clear and willing to do the actual work. (Show what you did and where you are exactly in the proces and your problem)
