Fairly sure it's an animation done in something other than Skyrim. It's been a while since I played Skyrim, but among other things the way the transparencies work with apron on the back look off.

Fourthly, I suspect the body mod used might be BHUNP V5/5.1 by PredatorRJ; I believe this is still paywalled. Its the only body variant that I'm aware of that can achieve anal gapes of that size without horrendous deformation. Anus texture varies depending on the body texture used. Bodyslide showcase (sliders at 100%):

Unfortunately, I don't know what mod the physic-enabled cum originates from; I'd love to find that out.

 

After watching this multiple times I am fully convinced that this is recorded from within Skyrim itself & not created via a third-party animation program as another user suggested. My reasoning for this conclusion:

- Utilizes known mods (listed above) & in particular the hair physics match up to behavior you'd expect in-game.

- The rugs/background definitely screams Skyrim. That fur rug mesh is ingrained in my brain in particular. 

- The shadows on both cum meshes match perfectly to the movements/light sources you'd expect from within Skyrim's engine.

- The cum meshes themselves are exactly what you'd expect, behavior-wise from within Skyrim, especially in its movements. You can even see where the clipping takes place against the two meshes (cum/anus meshes) if you look closely enough.

- The outfit transparency issue is a known Skyrim bug that has plagued users for years; affecting certain ENBs when displaying alpha-enabled meshes. P.S. A variant of the ENB/alpha-enabled mesh issue is alpha-enabled mesh going mostly translucent when the character is right next to a light source such as a fire. Upon more re-watching its also possible that the outfit issue might be due to the ENB's DoF (depth of field) configuration. In this case it might also be due to the ENB's configured DoF (depth of field); the background is blurry past a certain point so it could be the alpha-enabled clothing not liking the DoF effect.

 

Hope that helped in some way. In the meantime, I'll keep my eyes peeled for the source of that physic-enabled cum mesh & update if I find it.
