We are lead to assume you are talking about Fallout 4 since you tagged it, however, it would be helpful if you could confirm this. 

 

Also it sounds like you are referring to a specific mod since the vanilla game does not have a brothel. The closest thing that it has in the vanilla game is a speakeasy/bar in Goodneighbor called The Third Rail.

 

Assuming you ARE referring to a specific mod or group of mods, you need to tell us what those are otherwise there is no way for us to know what you are talking about.
