To throw my hat into this. If not the bodies, then it would be the personalities. I love Blaze a lot solely because I love who she is, more so then her actual body. So I'm happy with her body type as long as it isn't way too thick or hyper or anything of the sort. Curvy, flat, thin, lean, etc, as long as it works for her, its good imo.

 

I do agree with the second point. I prefer slim, more on the anthro side, but rather they stay accurate to their proportions in game since that's what they have. More anthro is more so for art, animation, and fan stuff. Not official imo.

For me, it's less about being attracted to a character, and more generally about liking nudity in general. If I had my way, every character would be naked, regardless of body type or what have you.

 

Just so happens I also really like big boobs, doesn't matter who has them.

I can at least agree with every character being naked no matter what. I get irrationally annoyed when I see nude mods for every female character except *one* even if that one isn't one I like. I try to meshmod nude models for private use and even after my favorite girls that I actually like are done I tend to do the rest of the female cast just cause I feel better when all of them are naked.

This sounds awfully shallow to say, and I wouldn't apply this line of thinking to real life, but in the realm of my fantasies, boobs are the be-all end-all. I'm turned on by a female character if she has mega-melons, and if she doesn't then I'm not interested. So breast expansion mods for any game are highly prized and sought-after. In my eyes, they do make the characters, and my experience with the game as a whole, unequivocally better.

 

I'll admit to getting rather frustrated by this site and its focus towards on-model nude modding. The way I see it, if you're just stripping a character naked without enhancing her proportions... then what's even the point? Like, do you all really find basic vanilla nudity that attractive? No judgement at all, since I'm very clearly the odd one out here, but it's something that I personally can't wrap my head(s) around.

 

But like others have said, everyone has different tastes; and that's exactly why an active modding scene is such an awesome thing, because everyone gets to have what they want in the end! (And I'd never dream of being rude to a modder - even if their work isn't for me, I can at least respect the time and effort that went into making it). :3

 

Anyway, to bring this mini-rant back on topic, I heard that someone may have cracked making mods for the Switch version? If that's true, then I really hope this busty Rouge mod from page 18 is able to receive a port!

With all due respect, people just have a widely different faith regarding nudity. Last message I sent here even involves ommiting their naughty bits on their nude body which might as well be the whole reason why others strip the character down (some calls this barbie doll nudity)

 

It's just due to the nature of Sonic characters, louder side of the Sonic r34 fandom prefers them busted up and treat these as 'aged up' design rather than keeping original proportions and get jumped on (like an reoccuring event of Sonic related threads out here), that'd be also why there has been a demand of "Hey can we make this character thicc?" question for like 7 pages in a row.

Like, this part is where I personally can't wrap my head around, why are they all asking the same request inbetween such short time with such quantity, when the modders likely have already seen what they're asking? 'Previous page' button is a thing.

Ever heard of the concept of exhibitionism? As we live in the world where society is predominately clothed and being nude is considered indecent, I find it hot when someone goes against such societal norms by not being dressed like they're supposed to be. Although the male Sonic characters are already naked, the female characters are not because it's almost as if they must follow the rule that they have to be clothed, so stripping them down to the same level as the guys with lewd bits adds to the thrill that they're doing something they shouldn't be doing. It's naughty, and naughty stuff turns me on. It's really that simple.

 

As for retaining the characters' proportions, I already explained this back in page 2. While you prefer your characters to be sexy, I prefer my characters to look cute.

I'm precisely attracted to these cartoon characters precisely for their cute cartoony bodies. If you change them drastically enough to resemble closer to curly/thick human bodies, it comes to the point for me where I don't associate their bodies to be the characters' anymore. It's just their heads on voluptuous bodies now.

I don't strictly only like on-model nudes of these characters, I'm good with a mix of between but anything too drastic and it loses me. If I'm in the mood for regular or even curvy anthro bodies, there's plenty of that around on e621 where I can accept those are the original characters' bodies as the artists intended for them.

What I've learned from this site is that, for about half the people here, it's more the thought of being naked, rather than getting to look at nudity, so attraction has little to do with it in many cases. So, in that sense, there is not much point in enhancing any proportions at all.

 

For myself, I much prefer big tiddies and a nice butt to look at as I play, and while I'm sure it's similar for many folks, I always heavily expect to see many who just want the characters naked with their OG proportions, all for the thought of being naked.

 

Then there are the ones who actually are attracted to the OG proportions. I don't see the allure myself, but they exist, and they don't deserve judgment. I'm pretty sure there are only a handful, but they still deserve mods that caters to them. It just so happens that OG proportions in Sonic characters are very cartoony, with the bean-shapped body, twig-like limbs, and and feet and hands that are bigger than the body, to the point that it can be hard to grasp for the normies out there.

To the nudity purists: Don't be surprised if many (or even some) don't understand your fascinations or preferences. It is a little odd at first glance.

 

To the curve enthusiasts: Don't expect everyone to like boobs and butts like you do. Despite popular belief, nudity isn't just for attraction or looks.

 

And to the bean-body lovers: You scare us a bit, but we love you. Don't stop being you.

Aw man...! I was so lucky to get in that place the first time! There was someone making nude mods for Sonic World DX in there, and I was getting excited! I really wish most of those mods weren't Discord excusive; I managed to get some great stuff before it vanished!

That aside, we have a decent amount of mods for characters now, but what about making mods for items or other mesh elements?

 

Turning the Punching gloves into Dildos could be pretty funny. Though it would work better if just the glove was removed and the head of the dildo added was altered to make it look more silly and noticable from a distance.

 

Besides those two, changing the chao in both of the chao items could also work. Giving omochao huge floppy boobs and maybe giving Dark Chao an equally large floppy dick to get a good look at right before they shove an item into you.

Would it mean much if I said the only other sonic game I've ever played in my life was Project X? and besides that the only Sonic media I've consumed are some episodes of SatAM, Boom, and the live action movies
