When you start the commission, yes. I meant that they wont message you first asking if you want one directly.

This is true. The modder/artist will never reach out asking if you want to commission them. They will always let others come to them and ask first.

As a somewhat frequent commissioner, the amount of times a legitimate artist/modder has approached me is exactly zero. Always assume that somebody approaching you offering to draw something for money is a scammer, and always get some kind of wip before paying.

It's funny to me how he is the only one who has his junk out, and it's even one of the earliest mods that this game received that you could find on page 1.

It's too bad I'm the only one who's interested in producing more male mods, but there's only so much I can do with how much time I have.

Man, sometimes I randomly decide to search shit up on e621 out of curiosity...

...and then I kinda wanna actually do it:

Obviously a draft as I'm not too familiar with cloacae, let alone modelling them.

If I ever finish this, rest assure for everyone else that there will be a version with cock and balls.

Well, you had to have known that I gotta beg for Wave to have one too 😭

Requesting payment upfront always seems a bit sussy in the first place imo.

paying for mods IN GENERAL is more sus imo [because you don't own the ip]

and i mean i don't wanna sound old but "back in my day" mods were free and a community effort

you couldn't really sell them especially because it would draw ire of big companies.

i guess blender really changed how things operate.

I mean, its more about the service being done. Not everyone has the time to learn blender and unreal to extract the models, resize, properly assign each material and color, and repack them to a file set for the game. That's not taking into consideration any changes you may want to do to the model that require more in depth knowledge of Blender.
Paying for the service is well and good so long as its reasonably priced.

And they still are. I'm blown away with how Half-Life 1 and 2 still keep getting free high quality campaign mods with custom models, animations, and such.

Meanwhile some jokers here, right here in this very forum, insist that it's OK that a model swap that came from SmutBase or whatever deserves your $5 or more.

I'm not talking about niche commissions, I'm talking about paywalled nude mods that literally any other modder can put out for free especially for Unreal games. I swear, these modders aren't doing it out of passion as hobbyists, they're just greedy scumbags capitalising on horny people's poor judgement on how to spend their money.

Same goes with Terraria and Starbound. Terraria with so many high quality mods, all for free. Calamity, Thorium, Stars Above, etc. And Starbound still being alive today thanks to the modding scene for it. Again, all for free. Same with Skyrim, Fallout, Baldur's Gate 3. So much effort and time, just to release it all for free.

To be perfectly honest, I'm comfortable paying for mods myself, and have been for years now. I think that if modders feel they do a good enough job or enough work, they have a right to charge, copyright aside.

Well, I think I'm about ready to throw in the towel. I'm too stupid to find any reason for Catty's cooking fucking up. Might keep looking for any possible issues, but probably giving up on the whole modding thing. Oh well, at least I got far enough to make this

is there a chance someone would mod NiGHTS into Spark the electric jester :333
(as in like, replace nights w spark, so spark is in crossworlds)

We finally got a Photo Mode mod!

With this mod, I can look at Blaze from all kinds of perverse angles of which I would probably be arrested for in person.

You can find the mod here:

For modders, this can be a really handy tool to showcase your model in-game.

If people want something made catered specifically to them a commission helps me a lot. I do this as a mere hobby and asking a bit of money for a request seems reasonable, I could also just make things for myself and gatekeep that shit like some do. I share all the stuff I make (unless it’s a private commission). Sure when the game comes out people will release their first mods like the general nude mods and they will all be free, but I won't go out of my way to create a very specifically themed mod idea that takes a ton of Blender modelling, texturing, Unreal fiddling etc. for someone for free. That's also not how it works in art (lemme just draw you the whole ass De Nachtwacht for free). So I kinda see it the same as there.

At the end of the day when you use your GB points on a request you can consider it a commission cause you are spending points to have something made. Not everyone has those points so they have to go about it a different way. Its not like theres a place where people can take em and know its not a scam around here. So you have to the best you can.

Now this is what I call a certified W on adding that photo feature!

I don't consider that a commission. There's no actual money exchanged. Plus, it's more like giving someone the rewards points you've earned from a store or something, like 7-Eleven points or whatever.

Sadly it works best for those who submit stuff. Someone such as myself who has no talent cant utilize it much.

Finally, better pictures of upskirt mods, and a reason to actually make them.

Happy New Year everyone! Just wanted to thank this little community for all the cool mods that came for this game. I actually wasn't going to get it on PC but this forum changed my mind rather quickly. Its been fun that's for sure! Whatever comes next, I can't wait. Take care everyone.

And as a mini gift. Here's Amy getting plowed on her kitchen table by some goon lol 🤣
