Could I/we please please ask for a basic uncensor? Literally keep the original model as is (with the gradual clothes tearing) and just remove the black void under the skirt as well as add a proper lower body+panties and maybe shorter skirt.

 

That's all... a simple uncensor. It's not always about having fully exposed or what not, sometimes just something basic like this is good.

Download that new free mod. I didn't test this feature but i will try again. There's a fog uncensor as necessary bonus. I don't like the results of his work but i hope he will improve his skills and tastes. You can remove his nude mod but keep uncensor. 

 

I tested. It's removed the black fog bit nothing else. You can see her thin cute legs from the bottom but there is empty place. We need good modder who will make cute white panties mod in addition to this uncensor.

 

As for me I use Francis Louise mod for foxy Hinako and Mercury_D mod for usual Hinako at once but I am interested in many other quality mods

Id like a simple nude mod, no panties or bras, with original body if possible, and normal clothes tearing, shorter skirt if possible and no black void. I dont want her nude all the time. She also lost her panties along the way i guess lmao

I'm not against this, but I don't really have the skill for it (yet)  
1. I haven't figured out entirely yet how to gradual tearing works. They've baked all models into one mesh, and I've yet to find out how to set up the model to support it correctly toggling between the assets. Attempts so far have failed.
2. Removing the censor is already handled, but the original body has nothing underneath the clothes, there is just a void. So I'd have to sculpt and texture in a conforming body to fill that up. I am not a 3D artist unfortunately. A full body replacement is easier for me since it's more technical, less art.

Random thought, but, wouldn't it work if... rather than a full body replacement, you did just a half body replacement? As in literally take some other lower half from another model/game and just stick it under the original clothes where the void is? Wouldn't that work? Or is this thinking too simply?

Published an update that should address this
Originally my code grabbed the player character and removed it, but I indeed noticed that in cutscenes they spawn a new mesh so that would still have it enabled. 
I changed the approach to hopefully cover this problem as well!!

Also added skimpification to the Fix (Inner World) Hinako to match the mod in the regular world (town).

Yes and No. If I were to try this, I would start with a reference model to stick under there, much like your suggestion. But you still have to resolve the seams, and likely retexture all of it (including the original skin you didn't replace) so that it can use the same original skin material. The UVs have to be addressed for the new "complete" body.

It's not impossible, just still takes a lot of work that I'm not very good at. (I avoided dealing with the neck seam in my mod so far on purpose...)

I think another modder might be more suited for this, or if you know a 3D artist I can collaborate with them haha.

This is brilliant! Thanks for the hard work and releasing it free. It's great seeing the progress from the first iteration.

 

As others have said, a more canon figure would be cool but obviously that's a lot more work so I just appreciate this.
