Not sure yet if this mod is causing the "blackout" screen, pretty sure it gave me a "call to texture" crash. 

Crash logs are automatically saved in Documents\My Games\Fallout4\F4SE

 

I can't say anything regarding compatibility with Frost

My mod alters the weapon leveled lists for Raiders and Gunners. If Frost edits them as well, there might be conflicts. Also, if it uses its own custom lists, weapons from my mod won't spawn.
