What happens to RJW babies when you install Biotech DLC?

Since the DLCs are on sale right now (at the time of me posting this) I've been considering getting the Biotech DLC after I saw one of my colonists birth a baby, I wasn't expecting it to be the size of an adult. I have no idea how to take care of the RJW baby without using God mode, so I want to upgrade.

 

But what will happen to the RJW baby when I upgrade? Will it become a Biotech baby, will it stay the same, or will it disappear?

Looks like you're right! Though I'm using Sized Apparel Zero so the baby still looks a little odd.

At least it's the right size.
