My sims nipples aren't showing

Good morning so I'm having a problem with sim in CAS when I go into CAS and I have no clothes on my sim their nipples aren't there well they are but their like in the skin I'm trying to explain it and make as understandable as possible

Well, it's pretty clear you aren't using custom skin tones (found in face details in CAS). Have you downloaded any skin tones or nipples? If you have downloaded nipples, you'll find them in Tattoos under leg tattoos ... pretty certain it's under left leg. Depending on what skin tone you use, you won't even need to worry about nipples.

If you're using custom breasts for your Sim you might need to apply the nipple texture yourself in CAS' Skin Detail page.
